Wizards v. Knicks

Wizards: The Nick Young-less Wizards

Talk about Anthony Randolph's serious potential. Javale McGee has arguably just as much. Great moves in the post. Has a face-up game, but its raw. Has gotten noticeably stronger since last year, still thin but his upper body is better. Physically and athleticly gifted. Needs to continue to get stronger and tougher defensively,Jordan Hill was getting whatever he wanted offensively when they were matched up early in the game. A decent rebounder. He will block your shot though. He has plenty of talent and he's a breakout candidate and future standout as he gets stronger and tougher. 31 pts, 8 rebs, 4 blks

Javaris Crittenton needs more playing time. About as talented and physically gifted as a PG can get. Strong and quick. Gets to the rim. He looks good passing and handling the ball, especially in fast breaks and transition. Probably a jump shot away from truly matching production with potential. Strong defender. Looks good this game, just blowing by Alex Acker and Joe Crawford like they are standing still. 11 pts, 3 assts.

Dominic McGuire has some point-forward in him. Him and Earl Clark are twins separated at birth. Needs to work on his jump shot. Good looking passer. Wont score alot. Needs more intensity, plays laid back and falls asleep on D. Morris Almond made him pay when he lost where he was. 6pts, 5 rebs, 4assts

Tyrese Rice is playing too small. He blew a wide open layup, but did get to the basket and finish usually. Decent shot. Mostly a pest on D. He doesnt look like an NBA player because he isnt a PG,but has a future overseas. 17 pts, 1 asst.

Alade Aminu is no NBA player either. I watched him all the time at Georgia Tech, and I was wondering why he was getting so much love from scouts. 8 pts.

Josh Heytvelt has D-league written all over him. He no staline this game.

Knicks:

Jordan Hill is playing good, finishing everything he starts around the rim for the most part. He has a nice little face-up game. He has a low basketball IQ, but I think he will be a serviceable player. Maybe even a starter with more strength and a more polished game. He's not as raw as most people think, but he does have alot of untapped potential. 21 pts, 7 rebs.

Morris Almond's sweet jumper is in effect. Just cant do anyhting else, except get the occasional dunk when everyone is lulled asleep. He has a habit of looking down when he dribbles, and its annoying me lol. Not even trying defensively. He has an invite to their training camp, and he has a shot as a shooting specialist. 17 pts, 7 rebs, 2 assts.

Nikolav Tskitishvili is actually draining his spot up 3 pointers. He is weak and ineffective in the paint though, which is a shame since he's 7'0" tall and has a big body. Not a great rebounder, but will collect whats around him. Still isnt NBA material, still one of the biggest busts ever. 12 pts, 8 rebs.

Joe Crawford is a good scorer that can get to the rim with his strength and speed and he has a nice shot. Not a good defender. Will probably not make their team, more of a D-Leaguer. 12 pts, 4 rebs.

No Toney Douglas, and they looked disorganized without the general.

Yea

He could have a role like James Jones had in Pheonix.
