Making bold statements like that just shows your stupidity... NO WAY? I was always told, you shouldn't ever say "Never" and you shouldn't ever say the word "hate"... And by saying NO WAY is damn near saying Never... So, that case you must be great at stocks or suck at it... Either way I KNOW you took A LOT of loses... And in NO WAY (yes I said it) I will trust you with my money or country... LOL... You have no future thinking like that constantly....
OK tuck- if the Lakers do 3 peat feel free to rub it in my face.
Didn't you give us a "D Hamp garauntee" that devo would get drafted? And that he will play on a NBA team? Why should we take any of you garauntees I anything to say for that matter seriously?
You obviously didnt watch Gallinari play last year, I watched every game. Go look at his stats, and keep in mind he had a bad back. Ill admit at times he looks slow, but the same can be said for Paul Peirce, hes crafty.
Who cares if "the knicks suck" or "the kings suck". They both suck and there are a lot of teams that suck. Who cares? Everyone is here to talk NBA, not ****. so please just stop it all together. just stop talking about it altogether.
Dhamp honestly, the Knicks have a better shot at winning the championship then the Nuggets in the near future the Nuggets will be lucky to be the fourth seed in the west this year ill take the lakers, spurs, mavs over them, and its going to be a battle for them the nuggets are a nice team but they havent improved since Billups, sure he will have been there for that extra year but they havent improved much and if they make it to the Western Finals i will be surprised. billups is getting up there in age and wont play forever. anthony will and should leave when he is a FA, and the Knicks are likely to cash in on the FA class of 2010. Seriously, who doesnt want to play in the greatest city in the world?
Spurs dont have enough firepower to beat the Lakers unless we lose Odom to a Western Conference team.
What about the PG matchup though. Parker has a big edge over Fisher. Jefferson & Artest are pretty even in my eyes. Kobe has an edge over Ginboli but not by as much as people think. Also Duncan will cause Gasol & Bynum trouble. Spurs have quality players on the bench too. Finley is experienced, Mason makes clutch shots, Bonner is a smart player, Blair is a great rebounder, George Hill is really underrated. Hill is a great backup to Parker IMO. Hill is much better than Farmar or Brown. Overall I think the Spurs have a slight edge.
dejuicebox please never say that again, the nuggets are 10 times better than the knicks. dont say they are going to win in the near future, if your praying for them to get lebron in 2010. with the team they got now, the knicks probably wont make the playoffs in the east. and the nuggets will be sumwhere between 2nd and 5th in the west. so dont say they have a beter chance of winning in the near fiture. you have to go deep in the playoffs before you can say that. and as for the hate on d hamp, im confident in saying he knows more than most you guys on here. he gets a little crazy once in a while with some stuff once in a while. (example:devo)but knicksboy he'll take you to school with basketball talk
D-Hamp will take me?
lmao riks ik the knicks wont win next year but you really think Carmelo will stay in denver for his career? look at most NBA dynastys, Lakers, Celts, Bulls all happen in big cities with the exception of SA, Anthony will never win in Denver they will not win a championship within the next decade, they may have made the finals but everyone around them improved, the knicks are going to get somebody it doesnt have to be Lebron James they have money and they will get to the playoffs in the year 10-11 no doubt about it and whoever they get will help them become contenders the Nuggets will have a few decent years as "pretend contenders" sure they can get a 2 seed but nobody sees them beating the Lakers or Spurs, they wont win a championship while the Knicks likely will at least make it to the NBA finals once they get their team together after signing some FA's next year
some one said i started the knick hating. stupid.
i made a post and it was the six teams i thought would not make the playoffs. the knicks were one of those teams. then 25 enraged knick fans had to give me their biased opinion. i argued that they are clearly one of the three worst teams in the east. they took offense and are now crying about it.
they are a horrible franchise. Scott Layden was the worst gm i had ever seen. He paid franchise money to guy's like Howard Eisley, Shandon Andersen, and Keith Van Horn all because they were from his hometown of Utah, and the owner did nothing about it.
Then the knicks hired Isiah Thomas who did his best job of beating Layden as the worst gm ever. And he was succesful. He gave All-star money to Jerome james, Eddy Curry, Stephon Marbury, and a whole bunch of average players like Steve Francis. Isiah was garbage.
The knicks are a joke and only NY fans are dumb ebough to not realize it.
The 'hate' is b/c of the notion that things are more important b/c it has to do with New York. The notion that Lebron would go to NY at all costs, totally bypassing the truth of their roster.
I mean, have any of you ever been to Miami? But NY is where its at? Word?
Its gon hurt when yall suck this year, get the #1 pick, and that pick isnt even yours. It goes to Utah.

knicks stock is rising, kings stock same as last year, nuggets stock same as last year. its not hard to see that knicks get 2 quality players in the draft and are losing most of their bad contracts. kings will have best chance at lottery again. denver loses dahntay jones but gets lawson so it amounts to a similar record. the key this year is phoenix, loses slow big man, young players have more experience, amare is back, and they added earl clark. look for 55 wins and a top 3 seed.
The Kings still have no real leadership and no real playmaker.
25 wins is a good estimate.
the kings stock is the same because all they added to the worst team in the league is a 20 year old combo guard who is nowhere ready to lead a team. ex. memphis adds oj mayo(better than evans) AND marc gasol and still are top 5 lotto team. sorry spencerhawes you wont win more than 22 games and ya thats is a 5 game improvement but does it matter when you finish 30 or more games out of first place? no. the knicks are being smart about their money. why overpay for a 5'8" SG and a 6'9" PF who cant shoot and is a product of a system.
the kings are going from garbage to garbage. they have beno udrih on the books for like 4 or 5 more years. they have kenny thomas, terrible contract. they draft poorly, soft bigmen with no athleticism. they just cant get any worse and they definately arent better. the knicks find ways to get rid of bad contracts, have a solid plan, and draft very well for the most part. i dont like jordan hill but atleast he can move quickly and if they lose lee i see hill as a top 3 ROY candidate putting up similar numbers as lee did. chicago didnt want their 6'2" SG in ben gordan, why would the knicks want to overpay for a smaller less talented version. and as long as they dont overpay for a guy like ramon sessions, who would be an upgrade over nate, i would say their stock is rising. and i hope the kings the best but its obvious they are miles away from contending while the knicks are a improving team that with their plan and some luck could be a force in 2 years.
