Andre Iguodala is sooo much

Andre Iguodala is sooo much better than Thaddeus Young its not even funny sir. I cant imagine Thaddeus Young being anything more than a 3rd option any time in his career.

yea

He is. He isnt a natural scorer, but even so he is a better scorer than Young. He's a better defender, ballhandler, shooter, passer, athlete, and he has a higher basketball IQ also

i gotta be honest and this

i gotta be honest and this may be just my opinion iguodala is very nice but i just dont see him as a franchise build my team around player..i think he would be a very good second option on a championship type team but i just dont see him as that lead a team type player...kinda like the same with joe johnson. i dont know what it is but i just dont feel he is that...but i do think hes better now and in the future then young

Igoudala has been in the L

Igoudala has been in the L for like 6 years now? I don't think he will get much better. I agree with Josh, I do not think he is a Franchise player.

I like Young and I think given playing time, could be a solid player

Young will be the better

Young will be the better player. He averaged 15 ppg last season and I believe he was averaging even more before he got hurt last season and the dude was only 19 years old.

^ No not really. Young was better than Iguodala at the same point in the career and he has all star potential.

Wow! I didnt know Young

Wow! I didnt know Young averaged 15ppg last year! OK, this make my answer even easier

Young over Igoudala in the long run. I think Young could be very good now. Think about it, a 14 min increase gave him the chance to average 7 more points per game? I think right now

Igou > Young. But in 2 years? Young > Igou.

Plus, Why you calling people crackheads wrong because we disagree? Sounds like your a little kid with a bedtime....

you cant go by the minutes

you cant go by the minutes increase meaning more points..it is possible but not by as much as some peopel have been saying players tend to lower there level of play when they have to play more minutes because they get more tired from having to do more work. plsu theres a reason some players dont get alot of increase in there minutes...one day im sure we will see who will be better in the futre since neither can play the shooting guard consistantly and young isnt a power foward though he can play it in spurts

Who said I did, I was just pointing it out...Not alot of players really increase their point total like that with more PT...

Right now clearly it is

Right now clearly it is Iguodala but it isn't out of the realm of possibility to think Young could be better in the long run. I mean he is only like 20 and has a lot of room to grow. He could be very very good.

In his prime ROdman was

In his prime ROdman was actually at like 13-16 with years over 17 and 18. I just can't see players now doing that anymore.

Iggy

I'm going to go with Iguadola. I don't think that Young will develop the overall all around game that he has, but who knows. I wouldn't be shocked if he does. He has had a really good two years in the league and he's really young.

As far as Iguadola goes, he will never be a number one. I think he will be an excellent number two. Kind of like Pau Gasol. The type of guy that CAN make the all-star team every year and does a bit of everything, but doesn't need the ball to be effective. By the way, it's amazing that neither him or Deron Williams has made an all-star team yet. I think he is the type of player that could fit in with just about any superstar.

if u

U notice iggy is a very underrated player.. He can do just about everything score, rebound, pass, and his specialty is locking down tha opposing teams best perimeter player, I agree he is tha perfect definition of a #2 player.. Thad young is a good young player very exciting to wactch. But his defensive presence is nowhere near iggys.. So therefore iggy has tha advantage

first of all i just want to

first of all i just want to say we all know iguodala9 is a huge iguodala fan and convincing him young is better aint gonna happen. with that being said, iggy is better for now and a couple years. young has the potential to be a star or just a very good player. Obviously, we can't say he'll be bad but he hasn't been around long enough to say he'll be better than a 6 year proven all around powerhouse like iguodala. Iguaodala isn't great at everything, but is at least very good at everything, but young has the potential to be better, but what the 76ers do with dalembert and free agency and how brand can fit in will be crucial to his developement, i think right now, the 76er's execs would take iguodala.
