Should the pistons Draft John Bryant.

Should the pistons Draft John Bryant.

I think they should no one else does but me so just say if you think yes or no. His Bio doesn't tell much but he is a good player.

what is the matter with

what is the matter with you...shoe me his stats.

OK

GO HE'S AVERAGES 18 POINTS A GAME AND 14 REBOUNDS

maybe in the second

maybe in the second round...but even then i doubt it

uh..he did this against

uh..he did this against teams with no nba talent....

John Byrant = poor mans Aran

John Byrant = poor mans Aran Gray

not even that

Aran Gray would have destroyed John Bryant...John Bryant was a decent college player, but he will not get drafted.

in a draft

starved of big men I think he should be a late second rounder and if you bring the level of competition debate into it then why is Garrett Siler in the draft when he plays for Augusta State at least Bryant matched up with guys like Josh Heyvelt

^and got powned by

^and got powned by them^

Hate to say it but the best comparison is John bryant is sun mingming-like 10 inches. Dude's got no athleticism and his up and under move is all he knows. Can he even dunk?

no team in the nba should

no team in the nba should even consider taking john bryant. dude is a joke he got his points by bulling people over in the paint and he doesnt have an ounce of athleticism. he'll be working at his grandpa's gas station next year.

line of the month

he'll be working at his grandpa's gas station next year. LOL

but honestly, the Pistons can take him round 10 of the D-league Draft...develop him and maybe in 2-4 years...you have a big body off the bench

Not an expert

This looks like a good draft pick. Mr Bryant is the WCC player of the year. 18 and 13 is nothing to scoff at. How can you say he wasn't going against NBA talent? That’s like saying Blake Griffin didn't go against NBA talent. Or that Tim Duncan didn't go against NBA talent. By the way in collage Marcus Camby looked way better than Duncan. Ya Duncan didn't do to good. Every body starts out playing collage talent. That comment didn't make sense. If he's good in collage he could be a decent NBA player. At 6'10 I think he could be a PF.

wrong not everyone plays

wrong not everyone plays agianst nba talent

you cant go from playing 6-2 SG with no jumpers and no drive to 6-6 SG with both...you will be exposed

aaron gray

nice comparison, think he gets drafted in the 2nd round. needs to lose more weight though. he averaged 9.6 rebs while weighing 315lbs and then averaged 13.9rebs while weighing 275lbs. he's a center don't think he can play the 4.

i would

we have so many 2nd round picks, and we dont have to sign him if it doesn't work out.... he's too big not to get a shot, and if he show potential he'll play for super cheap. I'd take him if i were joe d

Gonzaga

Gonzaga with Austin Daye, who the Pistons might actually draft, is in the same conference as Santa Clara, who Bryant played for.

Some Strengths
------------
1. Can shoot
2. Strong
3. Wide Body
4. Can Rebound at both ends
5. Average to above basketball IQ

Weaknesses
------------------------
1. Slow and slower and maybe slowest especially on defense.
2. Has to continually battle to control his weight.
3. 4 year senior so not a lot of upside

He might be worth a mid to late second round pick.

dO THIS

FORGET ABOUT AUSTIN DAYE WE NEED JOHN BRYANT 4 YEAR SENIOR NOT ALOT OF UPSIDE HE WENT BACK TO COLLEGE TO WORK ON HIS SKILLS HE HAS ALOT OF UPSIDE I KNOW IT. HE WILL BE GOOD WE HAVE 3 SECOND ROUND PICKS SO JUST TAKE A CHANCE ON HIM.

What????

Pistonsman you are on crack &$#%#&@! John Bryant hes broke and Garbage, we need a PG or SF, I no we need a big guy but d rather get an experience big guy than a draftee, ONe candidate for PG is Jeff Teague if he falls that far and brandon jennings, while at SF earl clark and Chase Buddinger are premier candidates for the pick.

TAKE A CHANCE

I KNOW NO ONE WANTS TO DRAFT HIM BUT 3 PICKS IN SECOND ROUND TAKE A CHANCE ON HIM.
