Lol Kyle Lowry is a great fit for the Lakers you idiot, and he will be a starter. Lowry will play 30mpg easily on the Lakers. The haters on this site are hilarious, Wall and Rubio are a streches(very possible though because we have the pieces for them), but Lowry is a reality.
I know its a reality. (Just like reality shows these days, its not actually real at all).
John Wall is just a taller more athletic Lowry to be honest. Gasol for Wall is not fair for the Lakers. Some of you clowns have said that Gasol for Wall is unfair LMAO. Gasol will be the best center in the NBA next season when he moves back to the 5. Better offensive game than Dwight Howard, he can rebound just as well and his post defense is solid, Howard is just more athletic.
Lol and hes way stronger Gasols one of the weakest power forwards in the game. Its not fair, Gasols better right not but Wall Is gonna be their teams future, i wouldnt trade that for a player like Gasol who is good, but proved when he was with Memphis hes not gonna win you more than thirty games as your best player.
Your bball knowledge is stupid terrible, first of all Gasol has lead the Grizzles to a 50 win season, Wall will never lead a team to 50 wins. Second, did you catch the Finals last year bro? Gasol had Howard locked up. Gasol's a much smarter player than Howard, and he actually has a post game(something you probably have no clue about). 3rd, Gasol weakest PF'S? What are you talking about clown? How did you come up with this nonsense? Gasol will move back to his natural center position next year while Bosh plays the PF. Step up your bball knowledge little girl before you talk to the big boys.
Lol you really think he isnt weak? his whole offensive game is weak but hes extremly crafty, he did have one good year but the Grizzlies were never that good.
And i never said Howard was a good offensive player, Bynum was guarding him a lot too that series, and 15 points, and 15 rebounds, and 4 blocks isnt bad for a finals average, and team defense came into play a lot in that series too, Gasol did a decent job then, but he got absolutely smashed the year before.
Yea now he's a champ, and he plays with the best player of this genaration by far. Gasol will be a back to back champ real soon. The Grizzles didn't have any talent around him(Battier, J-Dub, Bonzi Wells?). The year he had some help they had a 50 win season in the much better Western conference.
Sign and Trade for Bosh who will have maximum contract and the signing of Lowry that your saying possibly at the Mid-Level Exception. Even with the possible 12 million in opened space the Lakers their salary cap will likely exceed $100 million and be somewhere around 50 million over the limit!
I know but putting on a team without some help hes not gonna get you too many wins. Im not saying hes a bad player, hes just not a top ten player, and doesnt have as much upside as Wall who is a future all star,.
Yea Gasol really got smashed in the 08 Finals, even though Odom was in foul trouble every single game of that series after ticky tack shiit was called. Garnett got away with his illegal screens time after time, yet no calls were made on him LOL. Im going to love beating those Celtics this year. We won't have scrubs like Radmonovich on Pierce anymore those days are over bro. Wakeup!!! And Bynum played a whooping 10 or 11mpg in that finals against the Magic(majority of the minutes he was getting schooled by Gortat), im sorry I live in the real world, Bynum was a non factor.
Actually he averaged 18 minutes a game in the finals lol, i agree with Ara Minats their not gonna want to go that far into luxury tax.
Why do you idiots keep thinking that Bosh is going to get a max contract when he is a Laker? We are going to do a sign and trade, Bosh will get his 17 mill that he was going to make in Toronto. Bynum is set to make 13 mill next season. Take Adam Morrison's 6 mill that we could offer him next season, and deposit that into Bosh's account. Bosh is going to make money from other sources in LA(acting,Nike contract going up,championship bonus).
Because bandwagoner, Bosh is ARGUABLY the best young player at his position in the NBA and why wouldn't he demand a big pay day in the NBA's biggest market?
I think your implying that playing for the Lakers is enough of an honor to not demand a maximum long term contract, and it's not, especially for a player like Bosh. A player that would be the number one scoring option for any team without Kobe, Lebron, Wade, and three or four other exceptions.
Didnt you say that La could offer him the most money of any team?
Lowry is very affordable for the Lakers, and it's only a matter of time before he signs with the champs. We should sign him to a deal that makes it hard for the Rockets to resign him, maybe 5-6 mill a year will get it done, he can take Fisher's money next season. This is the main reason the Lakers didn't get Hinrich, because we knew we had better options in the offseason. The Lakers also went after Nate Robinson at the tradedeadline, he will become a freeagent this summer, if the Rockets want to play hard ball and resign Lowry, Nate Robinson will be next in line.
No, I said the Lakers will be able to give him the extra year on his contract(6 years) only if a sign and trade is completed. Bosh's understands that, and he can careless about playing in New York.
When Bosh is a Laker he will be able to have 6 years on his contract do to the sign and trade with the Raptors. If he decides to sign with New York, or Chicago etc. he will only be able to sign for 5 years, do your research before you talk to the big dog.
Points taken away, but nobody can challenge the big dog of this site? Little girls I must say LMAO
Is New York going to sign Nate as well? LMAO
Bosh-Lakers in sign and trade that will send Derozan home with Bosh for Bynum and Shannon Brown
Kyle Lowry- Lakers
Joe Johnson- Cavs in a sign and trade for Delonte West and possibly a worthless filler
Amare- Heat for Beasley and Wright
Gay-Clippers or Grizzles
Nate Robinson- Kings
So basically everything works out to the benefit of the Lakers? I love Laker fans, it's such a joy living around them all too, especially come playoff time.
How do you figure this working out exactly?
Both Fisher and Morrison have est $5.5 million dollar contracts that you point out will likely not be renewed. This cancels out approximately 12 million of the Lakers current 90 million dollar payroll. Add to that the approximate average 250 k increase in each players salary.
How do you figure the Lakers get Bosh and Lowry while still staying below the luxury tax threshold?
Clipper fans are the little brothers, aww you guys are so cute LOL. You guys are obviously confused if your Clipper fans LMAO. Sterling is a racist, he likes to invest his money in apartments in the hood, and he tries to keep minorities out of them. He can careless about the Clippers. So &$#%#&@! the Clippers.
Don't forget that Phil won't get 10 mill a year next season, he is going to take a paycut.
I never said we would be below the luxury, it cost to be the champs. Maybe if Sterling would stop being so dam cheap the Clippers just might make the playoffs lmao. Kyle Lowry will have Fisher's money, Morrison's money will be cut and it will be deposited in Bosh's account, this is a smart organization, why do you think we have that scrub Morrison? He is just a big expiring contract waiting to expire for us.
Bosh/Odom/Powell or Elonu
Gasol/Mbenga/Jerome Jordan or Omar Samhan
didn't Jackson say he's most likey retiering after this season?
Jackson is playing his typical mind games, Phil wins championships in threes.
Its still possible to trade for Bosh, and sign Lowry with the MLE which is $5.854, but they would be WAyyyyyyyyy over the cap. they current have about $80 mil of salary taken for next year.
As I stated before the champs next year
Bryant/Vujacic(5 mill expiring after next season)
Bosh/Odom/Powell or Elonu
Gasol/Mbenga/Samhan or Jerome Jordan
This will be the 3peat team book it
You mean fiction book it, because thats what it is its sci fi fantasy you think you the George Lucas of this site, Bosh, and Lowry would both have to take pay cuts to come here, maybe one of them comes but less than a 15% percent chance for both of them, that their coming to the Lakers.
I could see Bosh to LA but from everything I heard? It would be Gasol for Bosh. Alot of Toronto insiders are telling me that Toronto will not take a chance on Bynum's knees.
I can't make it any more clear for you kids, good luck, just remember who you heard it from 1st.
I'd love to make some cash bets with you DNYCE. I'd drop out of college, quit my job, and then go live in Cabo.
M Dymes I wouldn't want to take your pocket change bro.
My pocket change feeds your family bro. Naw check that, my pocket lint feeds your family.
To end this thread, let me close it out in championship form
LAKESHOW NEXT SEASON
Bosh/Odom/Powell or Eminu
Gasol/Mbenga/Omar Samhan or Jerome Jordan
Let them try to win this year's title then we will see.
kinda skipped thru all this stuff, but if gs got the #1 pick, i think they would slide curry over to the 2.
if they did trade it (wall) to the lakers, there's no way they would trade Gasol. Gasol is the most skilled big in the league right now...
