For everyone who hated on me..

I made a post about a week ago stating that the Lakers would win the series in 6 games.. All I got were negative points and comments stating that the Lakers would win in 5 or maybe even a sweep.. Let me hear you guys now.

hahaha

I knew it wasn't gonna be a sweep. The underdog in me wants the Thunder to win in game 6 or 7

I never said that, though

I never said that, though I'm not sure if I wouldn't have picked the Lakers in 5 becaz of their big men inside.
I haven't watched the Thunder enough to predict this, their reserves are playing inspired ball and the starters pretty good too.
To me the Lakers are overrated and no team really fears them anymore.
Artest and Fisher have lost a step and besides their open jump shots offensively those 2 have been exposed.
This is why I wouldn't have let Trevor Ariza go he's a very good defender and he is better at driving the ball to the rim and besides Kobe how many Lakers do that. Also he knew his role and exceled at his role esp. in the playoffs.
I don't want to hear the injury excuse becaz teams like the Spurs and Celtics are up there in age too and the Blazers are injury ridden too.
Basically play the Lakers straight up and you have a decent shot to beat them.
Anyone who still thinks Kobe is the best player in the game is lying to themself.
If he was so hurt should've rested more than the last 4 of 5 regular season games, homecourt isn't that important.
Look at the Spurs they always rest Duncan in the reg. season and it pays off as he's fresh in the postseason.
Lebron was smart enough to take the last 4 reg. season games off to rest up while he just had some nicks n bruises.

i know the lakers had the best record in the west but okc had 50 wins, is younger, more athletic, and they compete defensively. i admit that i thought the lakers in 5 but this is no way surprises me. and in a different thread i remember saying ron artest would cost the lakers some games with bad shooting and thats why they wouldnt win the championship.

OKC

I want the Thunder to win just because it will be a HUGE upset, but I think it'll end game 7 and the Lakers will win by single digits.

I was never hating on you

I was never hating on you man. I actually agree with you, but I really want to see the Thunder win in 6 or 7. Game 5 will tell all. Can't wait, this will be such a good game. And if the Thunder do win, they will most likely be facing the Jazz in round 2. Oh yeah, rematch of April 6th.(please tell me you all remember that awesome game?)

dwadeisbetta is making a name for himself by bringing up old arguments but twisting the words around. There is no reason to believe people would take points away simply for picking this series to go 6.
