PGs of the Future

Rose and Rondo: the Point Guards of the future in the East? If Wall goes to the Nets I could put him in there as well...Rondo is already the best in the East and Rose is just about the 2nd best, if not that already. They're both under 25 and can only get better, so can anyone pass them up in a few years?

Rondo is better then Rose?

Rondo is better then Rose? ... since when? --- if Paxson calls up Ainge today and says I'll give you Rose for Rondo ... he wouldn't be able to say YES fast enough. I think Rose is the best point guard in the eastern conference ... I personally think Rondo is a little overrated

i agree with you 100% im not taking anythin from rondo but i think he is a product of the big 3 and is a above avg defender at best and reb and without the big 3 thats when we will see how good rondo really is

Rondo is not over rated but

Rondo is not over rated but he is hard to gauge because he does extra stuff and can defend real well but he is not that great of a shooter. Same could be said for Tony Parker a while ago but Rondo is a legit playmaker. That being said i would take Rose over him any day but i still believe Rondo is the better defender and playmaker by a small margin but Rose is the better player and the better point guard right now.

I just don't ever see Rondo

I just don't ever see Rondo being anything more then a complimentary player ... and dislike in a lot of ways his impact on the game, this is kind of the reason I think he's overrated - when he's not handling the ball, you don't even guard him ... when he is handling the ball ... you can sag on any type of post entry pass he's trying to make or anything similar to that, he's constantly draws the other teams weakest defender OR the other teams best backcourt scorer in an attempt to conserve his energy on the defensive end --- rondo is still able to do his thing and he's a legit starting point guard in the league, just don't like seeing him compared to some of the more elite guys out there

Teague and Holiday are two

Teague and Holiday are two guys with a lot of promise. I think you'll hear from Holiday first as he made more improvement because there was more of an opportunity to play in Philly, but Teague did well in the instances he did get to play extended minutes. I could see both of those guys being solid starters/ borderline all-stars in 3 years or so.

Teague

I just dont see him as a point guard. He is a combo to me. Super explosive kid though, big potential.

I love how I got 5 negative

I love how I got 5 negative points for that but somebody agreed and they got like 5 positive points. Lol

Yeah I agree that Holiday and Teague have plenty of potential, I just think the other 4 are a step ahead
