1:40 in the footage he shows why if you don't believe me check it out for yourself
Old news dude.
Growing up in NYC....You almost have to do that sometimes.
It is something I believe he will improve.
that other guy got punked. Ill get knocked out way before i let you do that to me.
Yeah. NYC has some tough crowds and some very physical players. Look at Marbury and Artest.
uhhh this is more than 2 years ago.....im pretty sure he's matured from that stage
It wasn't even a bad foul or hard foul at that. And the way the other kid stept back showed that he didn't mean anything by it. Hope he's grown from that moment. One reason he couldn't find a college to accept him until late in the signing period.
tli, have you been listening to those Christina Aguilera albums again?
I actually like her music. She's a very talented singer. She went through that "I have STDs and I'm proud" phase but she's pretty cool now.
i think he will be cool when he comes the NBA more rowdy dudes than him were able to adjust so I dont see that the problem is.
i guarantee lance stephenson isnt the only NYC kid to lose his cool out there on the streets
but im not defending him, from all the things i have heard, i dont think lance stephenson is that good of a kid...not judging here, im just not a fan and this is just one of many reasons why i dont like lance stephenson
What are some of your other reasons?
tli232 walked slowly down the stairs. He was armed to the teeth with an army-grade assault rifle and a bullet bandolier across his bare chest. He was wearing army-camo pants and military boots. He had a cigarette in his ear (just for show) and army face-paint. He was decked out with a pistol, three grenades and a large knife.
"tli... you... look... amazing!" said the astonished TaylorCondrin.
"Tell me about it, stud." replied tli as he threw his cigarette on the floor and stepped on it.
"Heeeey we're here to break you guys out of here!" said the man tli was with.
"I know that can't be my boy!" Ron Artest exclaimed.
"Ron, baby! You look like you've been eating! You're so awesome!"
"Harvey Lemmings! I never thought you'd find me!"
What happened in the video? Youtube doesn't work on this laptop
Lance was fouled while playing a pick-up basketball game, and he reacted by throwing the ball at the kid that fouled him. I've seen fights break out over fouls plenty of times; it isn't a big deal. Also, the incident took place the summer before his junior year of high school, and I'm sure that he's matured a little bit since then.
Yeah seriously. That's like a guy my age and I can guarantee he's matured since then.
im from ny and i have seen worse then that i have been apart of stuff like that playing ball, u react like that so someone wont try it again or so that they no that you are no soft dude and since there are no refs people think they can get sway wit certain &$#%#&@! and that kid could have been fouling him all game so i wouldnt pass judgment off this video when ur dealin with a 16 year at the time the video was probably taken
I'm from Jersey (about 20 minutes away from NYC), and I play with people from NY all the time. Jersey kids call everything,so I have a lot of respect for NYC kids that play tough. However, I honestly think that the arguments that arise from the fouls are worse than the fouls themselves because they slow the game down sooooooooooo much.
you have a point some of the arguments are worse but playing ball where ever your from u cant let anyone punk you its just that new york players and a lot of other inner city players who people brand as bad seeds take basketball seriously then others thats why we dont call foul if u get fouled or hacked you do it right back or in lance's case u go to extreme
