Woah!

Woah, this kind of surprises me that not one person has said Dime.
What do you guys feel is the big difference between the two?

I haven't really read Dime

I haven't really read Dime but I have been reading SLAM since it came out in like '94 I believe. I was just reading a bunch of back issues yesterday, I like how they cover a ton of high school players in each issue. I was reading like "damn, I remember that guy!....what ever happened to him?" lol

I had SLAM for a few years

I had SLAM for a few years in the 90's too, I always loved it, Scoop Jackson was one of my favorite writers for them. One of my favorite SLAM of the month was a pic of Randy Brown posterizing Elden Cambell, it's always nice to see a 6'1'' guy dunk on a 7 footer.

.

Very interesting points. I struggle to see the difference between the two since they both are about basketball culture.
