If thats the case...this

If thats the case...this might be the best draft class in a long time...maybe since the 97 one...i think the 97 draft was the amazing one. I might be wrong.

Those are some awefully hefty comparisons for guys. I agree with some at the top, but alot of guys on there are or have been really really good players in the league for a long time. I just dont see that happening. It would be sweet though.

Not by skill level, but by

Not by skill level, but by type of play:

Daniel Orton- Patrick Ewing

No one has really mentioned him and when I was watching highlights of the upset of Nova over Georgetown, he did a lot of the things I've seen Orton do a few times. His style of play reminds me of Ewing

I dont think DeMarcus

I dont think DeMarcus Cousins has as good of a post game or footwork as Chris Kaman. He may be a solid Center or 6th man but i dont think he will be as good as Kaman.

HROT 88...thats exactly the

HROT 88...thats exactly the point...if those guys listed play like the guys they are compared to, then this is going to be a really good class...I think it will be solid class...with alot of good value in the late 1st up the mid 2nd...but not every guy in the top 20 is going to be a perrenial all star. Comparisons are typically a combination of style of play and projection to overall production level...I just dont see alot of those guys matching the production level of the players they are compared to. But if you disagree then I can live with taht. Just my opinion.

not hatin

but that was like the worst list of comparisons I've seen in a minute....and it was followed up by some pretty uneducated responses (not all of them)....

1) Shawn Marion doesn't change at all....Wes Johnson works on his defense for 400 years....Shawn Marion is still 5 times the defender Wes is....

2) Its 3am....I'm sure Demarcus Cousins is at home studying Chris Kaman's footwork right now....

3) Cole could probably bench press Andres Biendrins 300 times....

4) Luke Babbit = Future Dream Teamer....watch out in 2012

5) Paul George = 2 dudes that can drill and just about nothing else

6) Good thing Kerry Kittles and Marbury were in the '97 draft class or it would probably be second best....

7) What is with the comparisons of Favors to McDyss....if you said the word jumpshot to Favors, he would just give you a puzzled look....

There were some good ones.....I never heard Evan Turner to Penny but I like it....I like Willie Warren to Foye too....
