what sports do you guys follow?
Are there any other sports you follow besides basketball? Rank your favorite sports in order. And seperate nba apart from college basketball.
1a- College Basketball
Everything else I will watch, but doesn't have the same meaning to be as the others.
yeah, i should put nba and mma as 1a and 1b. I follow both with passion. I haven't missed a ufc in like 8 years and watch as much as i can from all the small organizations around the world. I cant watch baseball though. I went to a padres game last year and had to ask what the score was when we left after the game.
Yeah it's the padres, I would ask the same as well. I mean I am from NY so I root for the Mets and Giants, but I don't have the same passion as for basketball. I love going to games and the atmosphere, but it's not the same as basketball.
so you guys that follow football, is the raiders getting mcNabb a good thing or not? I dont watch much besides the raiders, and i dont keep up with what is going on around the league so im not sure if mcnabb is gonna be better then jamarcus russell.
Al Davis has lost his mind. McNabb is better than Russell, but we'll probably get injured from lack of protection.
I follow way too much sports.
2. NCAA hoops/football/baseball
7. Horse Racing
9. Anything Olympic especially Summer
I need help guys
It's a good pickup, I think the Raiders O-Line could very well make it not work. And the Raiders don't have a very strong receiving corp. He could get killed behind that line and with their lack of truly good receivers, but McNabb is a solid fit because of his experience and obvious talent.
The raiders just need some recivers. They started two rookies last season at wr and the TE led them in catches i believe.
But you cant hate on the kickers. It's sad when your mvp is the punter. Everytime jamracus would throw the ball, the fans would start chanting "put in Lechler, punting is our only chance."
McNabb has a lot left in him. Whoever gets him should be thrilled. One of my all-time favorites, and a Chicago boy.
Nothing wrong with following too many sports as long as you don't have a gambling problem.
I am a terrible gambler so I learned early on to stay away. I do enjoy the horse track though.
March Madness is the only thing I gamble on which is usually no more than $30 as well as the occasional poker game.
i use to be real into poker. I used to play in a 20 dollar buy in every week. But gambling has never been my thing. I dont make enough money to risk giving it away.
NBA Finals (I'm like Elton Brand I cant stand watching some of the teams/rookies)
Football: is too random, too many players I can never predict who will win, in the NBA its easier to point out consistent mismatches
Sportscenter & Cartoon Network for an entire year at college last year,
^underrated show in terms of non-sequitirs and puns
I like football, swimming,, and boxing but dont follow them
any of you guys live in the bronx?
Mikenike, I am from Long Island trying to get into ball playing shape, so I would be down to play ball.
3. College Basketball
4. College Football
I hate the MLB because it so boring on TV. I personally think it is a cure for insomnia. Go ahead and laugh but you know its true.
5. College Football
6. College Basketball
1) College Basketball
3) College Football
I cant stand watching baseball but I will sometimes watch the highlights.
baseball has highlights?
knicksfan, thats cool...which area you live in? My aunt lives in mastic, shirley or something like that....You live deep in long Island or relatively close to the bronx?
Not highlights but the recap of the game that espn shows.
i know, i was kidding. I dont hate baseball, ill watch the dodgers for an inning here or there if they are doing well.
I watch pretty much everything if you can bet on it I watch it. Placing a wager on a game makes even the most boring sports watchable.
1a. MLB I love baseball as much as basketball if not more.
3. College Football
4. College Basketball
10. Golf only when tiger is playing
4-basketball in general(NBA,college,international basketball)
I watch many other sports during the Olympic games but it isn't like I am a big fan of one of them
