Who should they Target?
The answer for your first need "A consistent defender who can knock down open shots and is less of a ball dominant player than he is a good team player" is a pretty well describes Wes Johnson and possibly even better James Anderson so I think they are distinct possibilities.
The answer for your 2nd need "A post dominant big man who can play center and rebound" describes DeMarcus Cousins and Aldrich.
Of couse Wall would be a great fit but I think this is what their top 10 board should look like...
1. John Wall
2. Evan Turner - i think he is a lock to get 2 if not 1
3. DeMarcus Cousins
4. Wes Johnson
5. Derrick Favors
6. Greg Monroe
7. Aldrich
8. Motiejunas
9. James Anderson
10. Aminu
They seem to like at the 2 Evans playing with a true pg but let him still handle the ball the most, ala James/Mo will, Roy/Blake, Wade/Chalmers/arroyo...They've pretty much decided Evans is their franchise player, so I can't really see them go after a ball dominate player like wall or turner, or a scoring 2 guard like johnson or anderson. The only other player that they seem to be committed to giving minutes to and hasn't been in and out of the westphal doghouse is landry...So that pretty much leaves them open to taking a 3 or a 5, considering there isn't really any pgs available at their draft positions that would compliment Evans.
You can't see them going after Wall or Turner. Your tellin me that if they land the 1 or 2 spot they are going to take someone else? I dont see that happening. Just cuz they are ball dominant doesn't mean they won't be picked 1 or 2 just cuz a team has an established ball dominant franchise player.
I can see them taking Cousins or trading the pick. They are dedicated in building a team around Evans, they showed this when they traded Martin, so I would have no reason to believe that they wouldn't continue this trend
They traded Martin cuz of his fat ass contract and the fact that he is basically just a shooter/scorer. Wall and Turner would be much more useful on that team. DeMarcus would be nice there too, but I think Wall and Turner have separated themselves for the pack so much that they have to go 1 and 2.
i thin that they should target wes johnson or cousins..... wall and turner will be bad for them cause tyreke is ball dominant and he cant play off ball..... neither can wall or turner.... if they get wes johnson it would e great,he is excellent defender, good shooter and he doesnt demand the ball.... i think problem can be if they get 3rd pick and both wes and cousins are avaliable... who should they draft ?

Barring something unforeseen the Kings will most likely end up with either the 7th, 6th, 3rd, 2nd, or 1st pick in the draft as well as have a little bit less than enough cap to sign a max free agent.
Who should they target if they end up with one of the top three picks?
Who should they target with either the sixth or seventh pick?
Who should they target as a free agent?
Kings Needs:
1. A consistent defender who can knock down open shots and is less of a ball dominant player than he is a good team player.
2. A post dominant big man who can play center and rebound.
