Ohio st vs Tenn
Wow, Turner stuggling with his handle more with Goins and Maze on him than J.P. Prince, who's about the same size as Turner.
Brian Williams for Tenessee needs a hands transplant.
Am I the only person that thinks Bobby Maze looks ALOT like Allen Iverson?
Tennessee up by 4 with 9 mins left. I picked Tennessee to win this yesterday.
J.P. Prince, Chism, and I think Bobby Maze. They have a big-time recruitng class though with Trae Golden, Jordan McRae and Tobias Harris coming in though.
OSU has everyone back except Turner, which is a big loss of course.
oh wait i read it too fast i thought those guys were staying. do not be suprised if tobias puts up similar numbers to beasley in his first year. hes that good and that skilled
I've never seen Harris play but Trae Golden is going to be a sleeper. He was the number 1 player in the nation back in 2007 (Freshman year) and he was like the exact same size as he is now (6'1 190) so he could dominate the PG's he went up against because he was built like a grown man. Now that everyone has kinda caught up with him, he's slipped down the rankings. I've playing against him and seen him play a bunch, and he has a game like a grown man and has ever since Freshman year. He's a sleeper to most, but he can be an impact player next year with his scoring ability.
you have to watch harris play. you knwo im not one who is impressed by hs players but this guy impresses me to no end. already had a triple double and puts up 25 15 4ast and 3 blks. and its not like with favors where he is just more athletic then everyone else , he does it with skills. midrange, deep three, odom type handles with monroe passing ability and go hard liek blake griffen
I take it he's a McDonald's All-American then the way your describing him. Sounds like he's a souped-up created player on NBA 2K10 lol. I'll have to look out for him
mcdonalds, jordan brand, and the oworld game. but even if he wasnt a mcdonalds allamerican i would say the same thing liek i said for the javayun pinkston kid afte ri saw him in vegas, he ened up being a mcdonals all american this year but he wasnt projected as becoming one when i saw him
Harris was one of the more impressive stat machines in the country this season, piling up 24.7 points, 14.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 3.3 blocks per game. He posted a triple-double Jan. 25 against Bellport with 20 points, 13 boards and 10 assists. Despite an impressive build, Harris isn’t the classic “power” forward. He stepped out to hit over 40 3-pointers this year and shot 76.7 percent from the charity stripe.
The future Vol’s most impressive performance came Jan. 23 against Chester of Pennsylvania, hanging 36 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists on the perennial Keystone State powerhouse.
His numbers don’t come at the expense of team success, however. Half Hollow Hills West was unbeaten on the court and nationally-ranked until a blowout loss in New York’s Class AA championship game Sunday night. The Colts also had to forfeit a January victory, officially finishing 24-2. Harris played at Long Island Lutheran as a junior and led that program to the Class A Federation title while averaging 21.0 points per game.
Turner is gonna be really good in the NBA.
I think he could have a pre-injury Grant Hill impact. He just does everything well. Also, he's not going to a team this year where he would be the only talent. Personally, I would love to see him on the Wizards if they got rid of Arenas
to be honest i dont think they should get rid of gilbert and thats excatly what they have been saying. its not like hes been a bad influence and he hasnt been a bad player either
Yea Prince stuffed that, and the refs were gonna swallow their whistles regardless.
I called this game yesterday too. They had great matchups all over the court for OSU and they could throw a bunch of lineups at them, which is what happened. Good win.
i said it would come down to the last min. although i wanted ohito st to win. ive won a total of 3 thousand and counting off of this girls bracket. i would have won 5dollars without her..lol
^^^rondo?..i dont see it. turner is a nba sg/sf. watching his games its clear he struggles when having to play point in the half court set as far as being a pg. he racks up ast some night but he racks up just as many turnovers on those same nights. definatly not a full time pg but can play it in spurts or just have the ball in his hands alot like roy
My favorite role player in the Ncaa got it done in the clutch Brian Williams!!! Yeah hes a huge Iverson fan, he even uses the Iverson crossover a lot. Hes a very poor mans iverson honestly i see a lot of similarity in their games, even though hes way worse.
I never said they were a bad team i just said Howard sucks, they didnt have a good run non conference run but did dominate their conference, i said it would be a close game honestly i hope they do good but im predicting a close K-state win, personally i think Syracuse would have beat them with Onuoko.
what are you guys talking about?
I think you mean defend PGs, in the NBA he is going to run the offense like it or not, Roy can play off the ball
are you saying he wont run the offense bcuz
I can cite a source that he will be running the offense, unless ur talking about defense
In terms of playing PG min....maybe. I think Turner can play some PG at the next level.
What I asked if more of a pure PG because I saw some people call him a potential PG at the next level which I disagreed with

this is a good game so far. this isnt the first time ive seen turner struggle some in a half court set when being pressed by a guard. i hope ohio st wins this game because i like watching them play. i do think this game is gonna come down to the last minute or two though
