How does he compare with the guards who came out in his draft class?
do you think eric bledsoe is just as good as him at the same stage?
and hes not as good as some of the guards in his class but that has more to do with how good those guards are ( gordan, mayo)
He is no Russell/D rose or what QUINCEY said, but he is better than D.J, B Rush, maybe Court, probably not George Hill, I say right in the middle.
You forgot to mention Rose too
and westbrook...not sure how i missed those 2...so yeah hes not as good as those guys but thats not a slight on him because those guys have the potential to be all stars ( rose already made one)
Does he have more bounce than Rose? ......look @ his highlights & you judge .
imma look at his nba camp mesurments and see how has more bounce
the vert test confirmed who has more bounce
I've always been a Bayless guy, but I think he's still got untapped potential. He doesn't fit the Blazers, but I believe he has the potential to be better than Mayo, who has peaked physically.
Right now, he's clearly behind those top guards mentioned. But he's probably the guy from that draft class with the most potential left.
Bayless more bounce than D-Rose???? those would be some of the craziest dreams Jarryd Bayless ever had....once again not a slight to him though...
out of HS Seniors i love Bayless comparison for Josh Selby.
I like Bayless' scoring ability. He can be a 15-18 ppg scorer for the right team.
Eric Bledsoe has some Bayless like physical tools, but he's not as good. Bayless had a more pure jump shot, better passing ability even though he played off the ball most times, and he was a better scorer too. Bledsoe is a slightly better defender, longe and he's stronger at the same stage though. But he wasn't nearly as dominant as Bayless was at the same stage, a 20 ppg scorer and a 4 or 5 assist guy despite playing off the ball.
To me it still seems like he elevates higher then Rose
