Can he still go to college? Because he left his junior year without graduating from school so how is all this gonna shape out if he plans on going to the NBA?

Wow, this is tough. If he

Wow, this is tough. If he can't go to college, then he should just get his G.E.D and try out for the D-League, which has open tryouts every year. I really don't think that an NBA team will take this guy, even with a second round pick.

Wow, I wasn't fully aware of the situation and regulations until I did some research just now. He really messed himself up. He can't get into college because he isn't an amateur, and he wants to play for another European club, but I don't know if any team wants to sign him after all of his antics. The only way I can see him being drafted by an NBA team is if he shows up to a D-League tryout and dominates. Unfortunately, he doesn't want to take the D-League route, so it looks like he's stuck in San Diego for now.

He had a pro contract in

He had a pro contract in Europe so forget the NCAA he would be ineligible for sure. He might try another country in Europe but has red flags and should learn to be humble. Or else go to the D league a la Latavious Williams.

he was in over his head

Why would a parent let their kid even do this. He quite high school to go to Europe by himself and play against men.
Now he can't play basketball in college.
He has a long road to the NBA for him to get drafted in 2012 he has to shine smewhere next year.
Kids are going to think hard as hell before they make the European jump again.

on another note OMARtheLEGEND where is Omar Cook these days I really like him as a player his one year at
St. Johns.

Cook is actually doing

Cook is actually doing really well for Unicaja Malaga in Spain. His two-year deal with them is up at the end of the year. He obviously tried to get into the league before he was ready, but that was a while ago. It wouldn't be completely shocking if he got another chance this summer.
