Patrick Patterson

I own the rights to Patrick Patterson in a keeper league and have noticed he's a projected lotto pick for the upcoming draft. Granted I think it's a slim shot he makes it in the lotto, but I think his NBA future is a bright one. So what I'm asking is how high can we potentially expect Patterson to go and how he may stack up with NBA competition?
