I think he has a definite

I think he has a definite chance of being better. He's already a better natural shooter and he's just as quick and he has the physical tools to be an elite defender as well. He's not all that good on D right now and he's not a pure PG, but both of those things can be said about Parker as well. I think he has a chance to be better, and I'm willing to bet he will be.

i guess he is more talented

i guess he is more talented and has more potential...but who will go down as a better player that would be a very tough task for beubois...parker one of the best second banana of this decade...being part of a championship dynasty...and the way he use to slice open defenses on a nightly baises and finish over bigs was amazing...he would get and ones like nothing...he didnt just score, he got ppl involed, got the other bigs on the other team in foul trouble...and he would bring fear into his oponents heart..im sure of that...he was a beast

i agree and maybe said

i agree and maybe said earlier and a while back that Beaubois is better than Parker is maybe not now but he is better earlier than Parker when they can end and if he listens to Kidd he could be better than him in about 2 years.

I like Beaubois, but better

I like Beaubois, but better than Tony Parker... NBA Finals MVP, NBA All-Star and top ten point guard... In two seasons? Beaubois won't even be starting for Dallas in two seasons... Jason Kidd will still be under contract.

Parker has been injured on and off this season (Now he has a broken hand), so it's been out of sight out of mind for a lot of people.

I think he can be better. I

I think he can be better. I don't know where that in 2 seasons part came from, but I do think he can be better than Parker in the future. It's certainly not out of the realm of possibility. You also can't underestimate the importance of being in training behind a 1st ballot H-O-F'er like Jason Kidd and what that could do for his playmaking ability and ability to run a team.

He's talented, but it's hard

He's talented, but it's hard saying who he can be better than because he doesn't really play that much. All we've seen are flashes of his talent. I know he's super quick and athletic. Long arms and quick feet. He's only 6' 0" though. Should be able to become a very good on ball defender. The mechanics on his jumpshot look good.

Beaubois is already 22 years old. Parker was MUCH better at the same age and had already been in the NBA for 3-4 years. A lot of people forget, but Parker was starting for the Spurs at 18/19 years old. He won a ring his second season and played a huge role.

I highly doubt Beaubois will catch Parker until Parker is on the downside of his career...

kurtu17, was parker the

kurtu17, was parker the second option though? I think it was Manu except for the last 2 years. With that said if Beaubois gets to the point where he is a first or very good second option I would say he is better.

I'm not talking about first option on a terrible team either. I mean a legit first or second option.

the 1 in win...i can see why

the 1 in win...i can see why you would think Manu would be second option he is a complete game changer a huge spark of their bench...but i just think Parker bought more to the game...parker had more points in the paint then most bigs..he got the other team in the foul trouble or in the bonus real quick..and the offense is ran through him when timmy is on the bench...that why i think parker is their second best player

Standards

I am not a big Tony Parker fan but I have to admit, the Frenchman can flat out ball. Lets see what Beaubois has to accomplish before we can compare Beaubois to Parker. Parker has 5 Rings, 4 with the NBA, and one with a hot movie/TV Star. Ontop of that he has to learn how to rap like TP does. If Beaubois doesn't accompish all of this, he will be no where near TP. Beaubois does have one heck of a mentor though, future HOF.

Beaubois Can be better for

Beaubois Can be better for sure,He has the skills,Talent, physical tools to do so.Is he better than TP now?why this even a question?he is a Rookie and he is 6 years younger so he is for sure not better
and btw quinceyhodges TP has only 3 rings not 4.
and he has only 3 All Star appearance and only 1 All-NBA Third Team selection!!!! His team has done a lot but his individual accomplishment isn't that much
on the other side this isn't an easy task for Beaubois at all.He is too inconsistant and to be a PG who picks so much fouls that is no good .he has to make his AST/TO better

and tezo83 :unless Beaubois underachieved there is no way he won't start after 2 season,Kidd contract will be at his last year and he will be either traded or be the 6th man
ACTUALLY THE MAVS WANTED TO MAKE KIDD 3RD YEAR PARTIALLY GRANTED b/c they knew that at the age of 40 you can't be a starting PG even if your name is Jason Kidd but he didn't accept that

P.S am I the only man who don't think that Eva is beautiful ?
