Knicks vs Thunder at 7:30
Can we just put something in perspective. This thread has got to it's 3rd page. This game is not an All-Star game, not a playoff game, nor is it the NBA Finals. Don't get me wrong it's a great game, but we sure all have a lot to say about this game. Anyone else been thinking that??
true. right now its the hot topic. next couple of days things will die down, people will start wondering why this or why that and things will get back to normal. but right now this is the hot topic
If the Knicks win, they could gain confidence. Then they could win more games. Then the Jazz might get the 10th pick or some crap. That would be tUrrrrrrAble!!!
man westbrook is going for a triple double... that kid is a straight beast. it will be interesting how good he will be when he fully understands how to be a pg. he's only in year 2 of his being a pg project...scary
Quincey...I actually agree with you there. He has all the tools. Also, he's a good rebounder and great defender
I remember people called the Westbrook pick a reach...silly experts
exactly..thats why i think he has the highest potential in his class since hes right up there with everyone while only being in year 2 of being a pg. okc should be a force in 2 years if they keep going at the pace that they are going. imma have to keep a eye in the rearview mirror from my lakers car :)
LOL I Kept waiting for something to happen on the Picture...but Yeah...LOL. Funny Face. Well, If Anyone Cares to know, Martin has struggled with his Shooting in his H-Town Debut, but still has got to the line.
The Garden needs to be rockin like that all the time...
Idk where you're from or how old you're, but I remember when I was 6, 7, an 8 and it was the days of Patrick Ewing, Allan Houston, Latrell Sprewell, Charlie Ward, Chris Childs, Charles Oakley, Jeff Van Gundy, and Knicks-Heat Rivalry. Those were the days. If the Knicks get back to that form, the Garden will be like that again.
it will for awhile unless they dont start winning. this is how it rocked when starbury first got there and when d'antoni coached his first couple of games and when steve francis got there. hopefulyl this time the fans there will continue to rock it every game even when the newness wears off
It did rock when Starbury first got there because they made the playoffs, but it wasn't rocking when Steve Francis got there. It did some when D'antoni came. Though in the mid to late 90s the Garden was the place to be, now it is not.
youre right knicksfan those were the days. i hated the knicks then because i would be rooting for the bulls but those teams were good. if it wasnt for mj i think they would have had at least 2 titles
i remember clearly it rocking and knick fans getting excited. maybe you werent as excited but many knicks fans i know were. but it only last as long as they are winning
Yeah, it would've been a great story...
But Durant was clutch & on fire, and T-Mac said in the end he had NO legs...
So once he gets some more stability, and the rest of the guys get more chemistry, i expect us to do well for these last 28 games
T-Mac was playing with a purpose tonight. He showed off that classic pull-up of his, made some great passes and made good decisions overall. When the trade went down, I remember hearing my friends say that he wouldn't be that good anymore because he wasn't the same athlete, but T-Mac was an elite athlete in his prime. Therefore, his athleticism went from elite to average, and an average athlete can get to the hoop with enough length, ball-handling ability and savvy, which McGrady has in his arsenal, to say the least. I know it's his first game back, but I'm still concerned about his knee; it kept him out of action during the end of the 4th and O.T (he was in the game, but all he did was inbound the ball, and I saw him rubbing it on the sideline). My expectations for him for the rest of the year are 15 P.P.G and 4 A.P.G.
Eddie House did what he does best: shoot the ball. It's a bit nerve-racking to see him shoot off-balance with such a quick release, but it goes in at a regular percentage, and that's all that matters. He did more dribbling tonight than I've seen him do in a while, and he really surprised me with his passes.
Sergio Rodriguez is exactly what an up-tempo team needs at point guard. He's gonna be a steal if he can keep penetrating and dishing like he did tonight. He made a lot of good passes after collapsing the defense, especially to an open David Lee. I hope he can keep it up. I don't really like that Duhon guy, and I think that's a consensus on this site.

lol..youre right about that hes not important.. its like making the last pick between the last 2 kids for teams during recess
