SAC VS GS

i didnt get to wqatch the whole game but the parts i did watch cj watcons and curry were giving evans and martin the straight business. especially watson. at one point evans had this look on his face like " what the hell am i suppossed to do" martin didnt play the second half which made it even harder for evans as curry and watson continued to dig into him. curry was throwing dimes left and right.

Curry is going to continue

Curry is going to continue to put up great stats in that run and gun system. It will be interesting to see how good he can be as his game matures. He will be one of those guys that you look forward to watching for years to come.

I was able to watch the game

I was able to watch the game last night. Everyone on the warriors looked like they were shooting into a basket 12 feet wide, it was impressive. However the kings defensive effort was not very good. Many times watson came off a screen and no one came to meet him and he continued to drain open 18 foot jumpshots. Also George drained like 4 threes which is more then a third he made all year. I would not say they were really giving Tyreke and Martin the business as Martin did not play the second half as they knew he was getting shipped out of town. The Warriors had 35 fastbreak points by half which just states how low the kings effort level was. That is kind of disappointing to me as the GS vs SAC games are usually highly competitive and filled with late game drama. Curry really benefited from the open court play racking up 10 dimes (7 on layups) in the first half alone. I think tyreke would have had similar numbers if he teammates could put the ball in the hoop for him.

Tyreke said after the game

Tyreke said after the game that he felt a big reason why they played so poorly was because everyone was wondering if they were going to get traded and werent focused as much on the game

yeah they were losing, but

yeah they were losing, but the GS game was especially brutal, they just played flat... I love the landry move though too.. Martin and Evans didnt play well together for some reason, Kings were better without him so adding a big and getting rid of martin is a big improvement

The kings were 14-18 without

The kings were 14-18 without martin and 4-18 with him. That is ridiculous, the way I see it we got the kings that were hustlin their tails off at the beginning of the year and added Landry. I am excited to see what the rest of the year has in store.
