HORSE Participants

We got the Defending Champ Kevin Durant. The other two are Rondo and the rookie Omri Casspi. I don't know why Rondo is in it since he is not the best shooter. He is most likely done after the first jump shot made lol. I would've at least have Monte Ellis in it since we been seeing him do some trick shots during practices.

hah durant should just take

hah durant should just take every shot from the top of the key and rondo will be done in 5 shots....I love Rondo but i cant believe hes in this

rondo may not be the best

rondo may not be the best shooter but these are set shots, with no pressure on him. im the biggest rondo non believer but this is a fun contest and anyone can win

Rondo is my choice!!

If you see some of the shots Rondo hits in pregame, you'd see why he's in it. He's also not as bad a shooter as everyone thinks especially when shooting around even though he's a below average shooter in games for an NBA guy.

Yep

It's all demographics.

Casspi covers the skinny, international crowd.

Rondo covers the skinny, African-American crowd.

And Durant covers the... oh wait...

Casspi

Casspi is rated as the 3rd best rookie in this years class. Only real basketball fans know him? you are insane have you watched any kings game home or away always someone there with Israeli flag. The basketball press raves about this guy, not to mention he is always all over espn. Probably only a few people go on espn.com i bet =). People love to see him play long athletic guy that can shoot. Other then the all-star game the weekend is usually about the up and coming stars. Embrace the youth of the league casspi will be a household name in the coming years.

Anyone notice Casspi's fan response in New York + the way he played, I don't see any other rookies talking to 100s of New Yorkers off the street before games....nuff said that is why he is in the horse game
