Got A big QUestion... What Position Do You See Turner PLaying IN the League??? I say Pg... He Would be more effective?
turner is so good with the ball in his hands...he reminds me of a longer version of brandon roy..i think hes definitiely a combo guard but i think PG is the spot for him...tyreke evans is 6'6'' and a solid PG...turner can put up 17, 5, and 5 in the NBA imo and i think he's gonna be special
Yea he is so smooth... He takes what the d give's him then spins everytime...he's a beast... he plays like an old man at the y
i think he could play 1,2,3 and the 4 in the nba, especially if he was on the right team with an innovative coach. He's really improved as a shooter and could be a tremendous playmaker, king of like a baby lebron, obviously not as physical and athletic as KING, but he'll have mismatches most nights like Lebron does
He's a SG in the NBA. He could be a Brandon Roy type that can play all perimeter spots though. He's got the ability to be a 1st option scorer like Roy. I see him with 20 pts, 5 rebs, anmd 5 assists in the NBA.
I like him as a 1, hes best with the ball in his hands
but i think because of his size, he'll eventually have to play the 3, in the Stephen Jackson/hedo Turkoglu mold, meaning he'll be a 3 with great handle, and great at setting teammates up
But like I said, i think playing the 1 is best
i think because of his size, he'll eventually have to play the 3
when his body fills out
DeSean Butler seems better tho...
no way butler is better than turner.. butler just learned how to dribble last week lol
really? that's crazy
he can play spot minutes at the point but i'm a little suspect of him playing the point in the nba. On the other hand Tyreke Evens has been amazing i didn't think he was a point either.
i'm not comparing him to but i think turner will have a role like kobe and wade how both play the 2 but are basically the point guard with how much the ball is in there hands
He reminds me more of Jalen Rose
I see Turner at the 2 or 3. Even though his skill set allows him to play some PG, I don't think he's a full time PG. Him playing point this year is a combination of his outstanding ball handling/decision making and the lack of a true point in the Buckeyes' rotation. Now if he end up in Memphis somehow, run him at point with Mayo at the 2 and Gay at SF (if he stays), then he can be an effective PG in the NBA.
i cant see poitn guard. he has good vision and handles but makes alot of bad decisions and turns the ball over way to much. you may say "well john wall does too" but his turnovers are that he goes to fast because he hasnt been taught different speeds yet. turner makes turnovers by bad decisions and over dribble. hes still gonna be a good player that can help out at the point though kinda like t.evans
