Kansas State v. Mizzou

I suggest that you guys watch the 1Oth ranked Kansas State Wildcats take on Mizzou. They have a few sleepers in Pullen and Clemente, and high upside guys like Dominique Sutton and Wally Judge.

Also, until that gme comes on. I thought I'd watch Florida and Vandy. Kenny Boynton has the ability to be a Ben Gordon type in the NBA. Pure shooter man. AJ Ogilvy, John Jenkins and Jeff Taylor all helped their stock this game for Vandy. Good win for the Commodores..!!

Yea they are probably LOL

Kansas State:

Jacob Pullen has shot the ball mediocre for his standards..Hes got 10 pts on 3-8 shooting (2-5 on 3's). He's turning the ball over and showing some shaky ball-handling against that full court press.

Denis Clemente takes some terrible shots sometimes. He's got 9 pts on 3-12 shooting (1-7 3's). He's set up guys OK, but nothing special. I'd like to see him work on his D man...

Wally Judge is too raw to be effective for the most part right now. 0 pts and 3 fouls in only 4 min of action.

Jamar Samuels is a good player. He rebounds well for such a skinny guy, and can score facing up or with his back to the basket. He's pretty competitive too. 7 pts. 3 rebs and 1 stl.

Dominique Sutton plays excellent D, but he can be a liability on offense at times..

Mizzou:

Kim English has the ability to be a good scorer. He scored 6 pts on 2-7 shooting (1-4 3's).

Zaire Taylor plays awesome D. He's also a decent slasher. He got to the line alot and scored 6 of his 8 points while there.

J.T. Tiller is the best on ball defender in the Big 12. The ringleader of Mizzou's press. Not a scorer though. He's poor offensively.

Start of the Big 12 Season

I watched this game to iggy, it was a great kick off to the Big 12 season. Zaire Taylor had a huge shot at the end, I didn't really see anyone who stuck out as a big time NBA talent, but it was a great game to watch. Tiller is a flat out ball hawk, he was in on every loose ball, rebound attempt etc, but you are right about his lack of offensive talent.

I look forward to the Texas Tech vs. Oklahoma State matchup tonight too
