Yates Basketball Sets Scoring Record In 170-35 Win
what do ya'll think of this?
The Yates High School boys basketball team set a state record and set itself up for controversy Tuesday night at Butler Fieldhouse.
The Lions beat Lee High School 170-35, setting the single-game state scoring record. Hardin-Jefferson had owned the record of 166 points since 1992.
their team must be loaded thats unheard of
i think they are int he top 5 in the nation. the bas part is they pressed the whole game
Yes they're the best public school in America, all 15players play, the starting 5 from last year 34-1 state championship team is back as seniors...fyi non of the players on the team are top 100 according to rivals.com
bad sportsman ship to press a team all game when youre up 30 already
the won by about 140 and were pressing the whole game? Yeah, that's real bad sportsmanship.
the world we live in where
parents/coaches live their unfulfilled dreams through their children's sports
remember the hockey dad?
if you are blowing your opponent out, I don't think you need to play worse or stop trying. But putting on a full court press if that's what they did is pathetic.
espn was talking about it the coach said in practice they praces doing the press a whole game so why should we cahnge that in a game. it send a bad message to my kids or something like that. you get the point
