I don't people realize this: Lebron is leaving if they don't win a Championship
I know, Just another Lebron Thread but I hate when people just jump on the
" Lebron Loves Cleveland, He Will Stay There His Whole Career"
Not if they don't show him they can win a title. Like Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade, Joe Johnson and Amare Stoudemire, You can't win a ring- You move on. Why stay with a franchise who cannot put good talent around him? If they do not win a NBA Championship this season: The King is Gone
Actually he is more likely to leave if they win. Winning would allow him freedom to do whatever. However if they don't win he will have to analyze and find the scenerio that has him closest to a championship (besides playing for the lakers.) Quite frankly if he doesn't win by 30 he will start to look more and more like the Dominique Wilkins' and the Karl Malones.
yeha i cant say i agree because the numbers show that super stars are 5imes at least more likely to stay with there team then they are to leave. thats a fact. if it did go by the way you are saying it then lebron would have no interest in goin gto the nets or knicks because he wouldnt win a title with either next year and he would be looking solely at the heat since they would have the best chance with him to win it
I'd be curious to know what "numbers" show that. What facts back up your statement of "fact"?
I actually think the Knicks and Nets would be ideal for him.
I think Lebron would want to play in a major market. Another thing is:
How Come Cleveland Is not in trade talks? I don't think Lebron wants to continue playing with a whole bunch of #3 and #4 options.
see thats the thing fans get confused with..nab players have gone on record saying the market doesnt mater because they can make big money anywhere. lebron has even said he can make the same amount in cleveland that he can make playing with ny. and if lebron wants to win now( which hes said) then ny and the nets arent ideal places for him. in ny they have gallo who plays the same position and isnt a pf by any means. celeveland is a better team and do we know what trade talks they are making?..nope unless you work for them. just because its not in the news doesnt mean its not happening. and they dont need to talk about trades right now. there big thing is getting big free agent this summer and lebron know sit just like wade knows it in miami. thats one reason cleveland has shaq because of that big expiring contract. like i said before most stars stay with there team. paul perice is one i can think of who stayed with bosotn even though they werent doing as well as cleveland. its all about what the cavs are going to do during the summer. and if you think they arent gonna try to get any player possible to keep lebron then i dont know what to tell ya. also knicks budget doesnt afford them to sign labron and another star. so lebron and that team they have even if you add another good player is not a title contending team and lebron has let it be known hes not going backwards
go to the other post about stars leaving there team..someone already put up the facts
if you cant find it you can google or ill go off the top of my head
kg-left through trade but not free agent
He doesn't need to win the championship this year but the Cavs lose badly like they did last year he will leave. If they get to the finals and at least compete then I think he will stay.
what are some examples of players that would be great with bron that are possible for the cavs to get him to stay
pretty much any free agent that they can afford. any player can see where he can take them with the team they have then they think about how much better they would be if they decide to sign with them
Why would he stay they've been contending since 2006 and wouldn't have won.
All of a sudden Varajeo, Mo Williams are gonna get better.
