Mention others I missed. Too often we see guys who played in Mid-Major Conferences burst onto the NBA scene and everyone is like where the hell did he come from. A lot of the guys I have mentioned have NBA talent w/o a doubt. I am not here to argue why I think these guys are I just want to see mid-major players getting more respect.
I like Ubiles,
I like Siena this year, just like other years.
Siena is a well coached squad, and has some great players. I forgot to mention Larry Sanders Jr. VCU F, though he gets enough talk on this board.
Edwin Ubiles is my guy man...He's an interesting prospect. I like his size and athleticism. I also think that people should watch out for (you heard it here 1st) Osiris Eldridge at Illinois State. I watched him play agaisnt Kansas State last year in the NIT, talk about a hidden gem. He has a very sweet jumper, and he's a breath taking athlete...He reminds me alot of Tony Allen, with a better spot-up jump shot.
Yes, Osiris Eldridge..
Hes a good shooter, great athlete and finisher.. NBA prospect to watch
When he played against Kansas, he outplayed aldrich. He blocked his first couple shots and threw aldrich off his rythm. He had a lot of athleticism and upside.
How about Damian Saunders from Duquesne...great all around player.
Parakhouski is a very intruiging prospect. I think he can be pretty decent in the NBA.
anetoly bose-nicholls state
kwadzo ahelegbe-northern iowa
dior lowhorn-san francisco
gerald lee-old dominion
aubrey coleman, osiris eldridge, larry sanders, charles garcia, darrington hobson, edwin ubiles all DEFINITELY nba prospects in my mind
Come on! Where's Paul George-Fresno State? He's one of the best scorers in the nation. Is Fresno State in the Pac 10 all of a sudden?
Paul George already gets a bunch of love on this site, everyone is bringing up sleepers from the mid-majors...That's why he hasn't been mentioned..
A very smooth, athletic guy at Butler University. Kind of in the Hedo Turkoglu mold but with more athleticism, with solid point forward skills and very good range, but he can also get to the basket and rebound.
Good bringing up Hayward, but I see him staying at Butler for 3-4 years.
Butler is right around the corner from my crib... Hayward is a talent, but is definitely a four year player.
After Jimmer Fredette dropped 33 points and 6 assists on Armon Johnson and 49 points and 9 assists on Arizona still no love? Jimmer Fredette from BYU!
