Throughout his entire career, LeBron has yet to win a single game on his birthday but tonight, it looks like a different night as he just dropped a bombing 48 points against Josh Smith and the Hawks... Great win and what makes it sweeter is it's on his birthday... Cavs beat Hawks 106-101...
