To make that next step..Grizzlies NEED to UPGRADE THEIR STARTING POINT GUARD....

I've said this before the season started..Watch Out For The Grizzlies..Their going to be the surprise team this year..They've played several good teams very well..This year the Grizzlies are no longer considered an automatic win..Rudy has improved his passing skills and attempting to play defense..Gasol is 1 of the most improved players in the league..They really need some scoring off the bench and outside shooting..Zach has been a nitely double-double guy for years..But its been his attitude thats gotten him traded so many times..But this year so far..He's been The Grizzlies best player..And shows he can pass the ball..Something Point guard Conley failed to do against the Mavericks..He played 32 minutes and didnt get an assist..To make that next step they're going to have to upgrade their point guard By trading Conley...

the reason i suggest this

blazers need a capable wing man
grizzlies need a point

the blazers without injuries aint playing bayless
travis outlaw dont need the ball in his hands to score, rudy do

with the fast offense the grizzlies play and oj actually playing the point and bayless playing offball
u can leave mayo playing the SG on defense where he has become quite comfortable playing the rest in my mind falls into place, with bayless as the #2 scoring option and zach #1, nobody else really change they game,

rudy in portland will do his usual 21ppg, 7 rpg so to me its win win for both teams

who do you have in mind for

who do you have in mind for them to trade for? i agree with bayless but who else.

maybe reuniting conley and oden would help them both.

No good have a re-union when Oden can't participate.

Move OJ to PG

And find a passing 2-man in the draft... (should've drafted Harden but......) Conley is a bum and OJ while can move without the ball can find his rhythm better with it... OJ was a PG through majority of high school so its there... Won't be no different than Evans in Sac-town, but with a better shot...

wellllllllll thing is

they also coulda went after tyreke evans
and moved conley to the bench

just imagin reke averaging 18 and 5 wit the grizz right now, the record would be MUCH better
the thabeet pick with a team that has a 3 year plan was a wasted pick, he wont be ready next year

wow yeah OJ Mayo, Harden,

wow yeah OJ Mayo, Harden, Gay with Conley off the bench is infinitely better then Conley, Mayo, Gay, and Thabeet doing nothing...Harden would have been the pick, even Rubio would have been a better pick

I think long term the

I think long term the thabeet move may pan out and also shooting guard is not a tough position to fill. Memphis is playing better ball than expected and Thabeet is getting time to learn the game and gain strength.

how does that trade work?..i

how does that trade work?..i wouldnt give outlaw for gay and bayless doesnt fit since they have all the shooters then need. they need a more consistent pg and need to let the team continue to grow. how come some of ya'll are so quick to trade everyone..lol...these young teams just need to continue to grow..the grizz aren't a big threat now so theres no need to make all these trades thats not gonna make them much better. just be patient. some of the same people were so quick(after one year) to say " trade gay or mayo because they cant play together" now look they look very well together.
