roy isnt playing tonite so they need somebody to start over and bayless filled the spot right tonite he is playing good and he has 22pts 5assist and 4rebounds dude is beasting he is proving his haters wrong dude can be a great starter in this league and he can get buckets for any team and get assist while doing it and he got 22 on a good team like the spurs with 9:30 left in the 4th quarter.
update he has 26points and 6 assist
make that 31 and 7 with no turnovers.
yeah he finshed with 31 and 7 assist dude is a beast he can do this on a nightly basis given the right playing time
i'm just waiting one person to say something now , because he was very low on him before the season
I think we think alike... LOL...
Stuff like this &$#%#&@! me off, I was cussing for about 15 minutes about this... Why? Because its no way in hell J. Bayless should be riding the bench and competing for 5 minutes per game... This team is missing a actual SCORER and I've been dying to see him and Roy in the backcourt together because Roy doesn't need the ball (nor Score) to be effective... I thought that punk a$$ team knew that when they drafted him, but I guess they fell too in love with Steve Blake (IDK)... They traded away Sergio and I was geeked then they punk A$$ going to go and sign Andre Miller non-shooting bum A$$ to a contract just because they had money... I hate dumb a$$ teams... The damn Blazers ALWAYS do stupid ish like this...
ive always liked his game but i could understand why they dont start him or the mintues he gets( he should get more though) because although he can score thats not the problem that portland has had and some people dont realizze that. they think if a player can score he should be starting but if you have guys out there who can score that means you want some of youre other starters to do other things that will help youre team win like passing or defense which is why i understand why blake would start although i didnt like it. portland just isnt the place for bayless and wit his game he needs the ball in his hands alot to be effective but thats not good for portland because roy likes to have the ball in his hands. he doesnt need it alot to be effective but its known that he likes to have it in his hands either scoring or creating shots for other players...i think a team like newyork right now will be a great fit for bayless. he is a combo guard and although he can get assists he doesnt have that pg game that makes others better by getting them the ball in scoring position
