Greg Monroe out of the Lottery...Is This Site Kidding?

This is my favorite draft site by far, but some of their draft projections are just way off on a consistent basis. I'm glad they fixed the Ed Davis projections from last week (even though he will be top 5) but now they have Greg Monroe at 16! Greg Monroe who is averaging a double double with over 3 assists at the center position for a top 20 team with 1 loss. He has improved dramatically from last year, when yeah he was a projected top 5 pick. I GUARANTEE you Monroe will be a lotto pick in 2010 and 30 NBA teams agree with me. By the way, he just had 16 pts, 16 reb, 5 blks and 4 stls today. There is no better big man in the country right now. For goodness sake stop sleeping on this guy.

no,no,no leave him at 16.

no,no,no leave him at 16. let every NBA team leave him at sixteen. i want the thunder to snatch him up at the end of the lottery or around 15,16. Greg Monroe is a stud. i have no idea why people are sleeping on him. i think he is a top 5 talent personally. hes got the whole package and has a great skill set

What I want to know is why

What I want to know is why has he ever left the top 5? He could have went as early as 2 last year to Memphis and he is better this year. I think he is the 4th best prospect in college.

i really really like

i really really like monroe..i think alot of scouts arent real high on him because of hes so smooth instead of a go hard guy and he always leaves you thinking he can do more because hes so talented which makes some think hes not giving it his all. alot of team swill wish they didnt pass him if they do. but then again this and other sites gets most of the picks wrong except the obvious ones that any of us would pick so dont put to much stock into this sites mock drafts

we should

also take into account it is very early in the college season. Once conference play happens expect Monroe to ascend to the top 10 of the draft board. Maybe even top 5.

This is why I dont like mock

This is why I dont like mock drafts, they change all the time...why do people even look at them this early?

the mock draft AFTER the national championship game, will be completely different, 2 days before the actual draft, they change so often, that you might as well not even look at them until june

the tournament, draft combine, team workouts.....those 3 things will make the mock draft COMPLETELY different from the way it is now

Only 1 thing is guaranteed, and thats John Wallis the #1 player in the country

We can do

We can do all mock drafts we want and 75% of the time we'd fail... I mean, look at my mock draft predictions.. I thought DeAndre Jordan would be at 20... He fell to the second round... I thought Blair would be at 16, he fell down the drain to be picked up by the Spurs(damn them!)... We can never really guess but to see Greg Monroe at 16 is a shock to me... I think all 30 teams are salivating to just get their hands on this beast... He deserves to be in the Top 10 NO DOUBT!

why do they make mock

why do they make mock drafts?..because it gets people talking and debating. its a smart move actually. i think that most of them dont care too much if they are write or wrong as much as they care about getting people to come look and talk about it.

i remember aran smith doing

i remember aran smith doing his nba draft stock watch and he said greg monroe was dropping, and he argued me to why monroe wouldn't be a lottery pick, and I said what you guys are saying. Maybe we the people should start running this site.
