Jarryd Bayless
They nned to trade him and stop keeping him on the bench because dude go potential and he is sick he may not be the pass first point guard but he can be one in the gilbert mold. what can u bayless haters say now?
I'm by no means a "Bayless hater", but it was only one game. I mean, Mike Taylor scored 35 against the Knicks last season. He's collecting unemployment right now.
Let's see how Bayless continues to play. Fernandez is out for quite a few weeks, so Bayless will continue to get minutes.
Tezo83 was on the money when he said it was only one game. However, I've been saying for years there are a number of talented players in the NBA who are on the wrong team so they never get off the bench. I truly believe that many of them, if given an opportunity to play regularly, would do very well.
Although he appears to be very talented, I don't know if Bayless is one of those who would succeed if given the opportunity, but it must be so frustrating to be glued to the bench. It's hard to gauge someone when they're never given a chance to play in the rotation.
By the way, his predecessor at PG in Portland was Sergio Rodriguez, another guy McMillan refused to play. He's getting more of an opportunity to show what he can do in Sacramento, and so far, he's doing OK.

he scored 29 points in 29 minutes last night and basicly led the blazers to a come from behind victory i knew this guy could score like crazy if he got the chance now might be the time to trade him if their not gonna make him more than their third string point guard he had 14 points last game so his values high and he should be playing more than limited numbers.
