okay, I'll go first 1. Go

okay, I'll go first

1. Go ahead and tell us a little bit about your favorite team. How long have you been a fan?-Lakers. Started watching during the '92-93 season when Sedale Threatt was the teams leading scorer.

2. Include the current starting lineup and where you see a team need-Bynum, Gasol, Artest, Kobe, and Fisher. Fisher is the weak link, but Farmar and Brown both do a good job as backups and with the trinalge and fish's experience, he is a decent enough player that I don't think it's too big a deal.

3. Tell us what you hope your team does next draft-I don't even think we have a first rounder next year. Doubt any second rounders make the team so I'm not really thinking about the draft.

4. Tell us what you hope your team does during this big free agent summer coming up.-resign Farmar.

5. Go ahead and predict your teams record and where they'll end up in the draft- 68-14, probaly have the 30th pick, but like i said, i think it goes to memphis from the gasol trade.

Memphis Grizzlies

1. Obviously, I'm a grizzly fan. I've been one since 2002 when j-will got traded for bibby. What I've seen of the grizz this year is much different than the past few years. This year, they started out struggling as usual...but ended up turning that around. I'm seeing a team that likes to play with each other and is starting to gel. Conely...after bashing him for the first 20 or so games...is finally giving us flashes again...mayo has been on a tear for the past 5 games. Rudy gay is having a career season...contract year it may be.... zach randolph is giving us a paint presence we desperately needed...and gasol is playing even better than last year. I like sam young off the bench. Thabeet finally found his defensive ways and proved to be apart of the rotation. the rest of the team are nice fill ins and are youth development.

2. conely, mayo, gay, randolph, gasol. I see a need at pg and pf. An allstar distributor...or a young amazing talent that can come in and create plays for mayo/gay/gasol. this PG should be able to hold his own on defense....we can keep conely on the bench and give him (Plenty) of playing time though. No offense to carrol or arthur, I just don't see enough talent in them to be a starter. A nice young pf, 6'9-611...245-265 pounder to get 15-25 mpg his rookie year behind randolph would be awesome. hopefuly randolph could teach him some tricks to get the offensive rebound!

3. I'm hoping they get lucky enough to grab the best pg(wall) or the best PF in the draft. 3 --> 1st round picks...either trade up or draft some nice fill ins.

4. I hope they keep Rudy Gay. He is the most important part of our future with mayo and gasol right behind him. If the grizz can't get a decent pg, they should aim for a distributor here in free agency.

5. I said it back in the summer.... 32-50. And I was laughed at by people who overrated them and underrated them. I'm going to say they end up between picks 6-10

1. Chicago Bulls- Became a fan a couple years ago because of Tyrus Thomas & Noah (two of my favorite players).

2. Starting Lineup- PG- Rose, SG- Salmons, SF-Deng, PF-Taj Gibson, C-Noah. (Tyrus Thomas has been hurt)

3. I'm a true believer in drafting the best player available regardless of what the team really needs.  Just acquire the most talent & make it work. If Ed Davis happens to fall a little bit I wouldn't mind seeing the Bulls draft him.  In the second I would take a look at an experienced Center...Jerome Jordan.

4. I hope they sign Rashad McCants ASAP. I hope they resign Tyrus Thomas. Salmons has an early termination option on his contract. I wish he would opt out & go sign with another team but I doubt that happens.  Still the Bulls should have enough cash to sign another descent free agent even after resigning Tyrus. I would like the Bulls to try to sign Anthony Morrow & Luis Scola even though that will be tough because they are both restricted free agents.

5. Wow, too many injuries. Rumors of trades & a coaching change heating up. This team doesn't appear to be a playoff threat unfortunately. They still have too much talent though to end up with a terrible record.  I'll guess they end up 34-46.  Chances are good that they end up with 7-12 pick range. Mid-to late lottery pick.

6. Other Wishes- Trade Hinrich. Trade Deng &or Salmons.

a little more info on when I

a little more info on when I first started watching. The '92-93 season was the first year I watched basketball and I was immediately hooked. Watched every game and watched old videos of games from the '80s. Barkley was the MVP although a lot of people thought Olajuwon should have won it that year. The lakers went 39-43 and were the 8th seed. They were an old team trying to rebuild from the Showtime era. Sedale Threatt, Byron Scott, James Worthy, AC Green, and Vlade Divac were the starters. They played Phoenix in the first round and shocked everyone by winning the first 2 games in phoenix and were 1 game away from sweeping the leagues best team (back then it was best of 5). But the suns came back and pushed to a 5th game. Game 5 went to overtime and was a classic back and forth battle with the lakers missing the last shot in regulation that woudl have won it. They would have been the first 8 ever to beat a 1 seed. Suns won and went on to play Jordan's bulls in the finals.

Sorry off topic, just was reliving my youth for a second there with this topic about when I started watching.

1.New York Knicks - The hometeam, so once I started watching professional basketball, it was natural to be glued to the homteam, plus im only 16, so I started watching during the later Ewing era

2.Lineup changes often, but so far its Duhon, Hughes, Gallianari, Chandler, and Lee, obvious team need is size and point guard. Lee is incapable of defending anyone taller than him, and it sucks than our starting PG isnt even one of the top 30 PGs in the league

3. We have 2 2nd round picks, and i think both these guys will rise into the first round, but without acquiring another pick, the ultimate draft would be Sherron Collins & Jarvis Varnado for me....best point guard available, and an extremely talented defender and shot blocker

4. Do I really gotta say?

5. Im gonna be optimistic and say 40-42, which is like the 7th seed!

damn you took my

damn you took my team-lakers...been a fan since my brother played for there summer leauge team and got invited to vet camp( should have made the team but missed that last cut. they went with anotonio harvey even though my brother was punishing him, because he was 6'11) think that was back in 95

yeah we dont have a draft pick and dont need one.

im iffy on signing farmar because he has trouble with the system but if fisher is gonna be retiring soon ( which i heard hes not) then we should resign him.

as far as free agents i dont see us getting any and dont really need any

not sure about the record but i got us winning the title against the celtics

Wolves

1. Go ahead and tell us a little bit about your favorite team. How long have you been a fan?
Wolves for 5 years now since this was the first time I got to watch play live.

2. Include the current starting lineup and where you see a team need
Flynn, Brewer, Gomes, Love, Jefferson. They can work on either getting a SG, SF or C.

3. Tell us what you hope your team does next draft
I hope they drafter either a wing player in Wes Johnson, Evan Turner, or Xavier Henry along with a big like Cole Aldrige.

4. Tell us what you hope your team does during this big free agent summer coming up.
They need to add talent at the wing; Gay, Josh Howard, or Travis Outlaw. Brewer will only be a defensive specilist and Gomes is just decent.

5. Go ahead and predict your teams record and where they'll end up in the draft.
23-59 top 3 pick in the draft. It's hard to say now because after watching yesterday's game, Wolves look like they have an understanding in Kurt's system. Looks like everyone is playing their role.

The Houston Rocketsssssssss!

Houston Rockets, I'm only 15 so I started watching about 5th Grade which was like 04-05? I can't remember and don't feel like thinking to hard. Basically right when McGrady came over...So I never got to really ENJOY the Franchise. Well I did watch a few playoff games and games before that, but that's when I fell in love with the game and the Rockets.

Brooks, Ariza, Battier, Scola, Hayes. Obviously our lack of height is killer although we are one of the better rebounding teams in the League. Well, once Yao gets back I think we'll be good if he stays healthy. We do need to bring along another 2 guard though once McGrady is gone because Ariza is a 3, then expect Battier to move to the bench. I like our team makeup but the window is closing with Battier, Yao, and Scola. getting up there, but we do have Ariza to fill in so hopefully he teaches well. Well Yao and Scola are still young.

Honestly, I don't care what we do because I don't think there is anything there to help us since we aren't a Lotto team. I trust our GM anyways, Morey is a genius and has found some late 1st round/2nd round gems. (Brooks, Landry, Budinger)

Bring in a Joe Johnson...Something to help us at the 2 Guard, D-Wade.Heck LeBron! Move Ariza back to the Two. I do think we need to resign our players like Scola and I believe Lowry too. Haven't checked. Maybe extend Landry and Brooks as well.

Above .500 for sure, we're sitting at 13-10 right now so I'll go with 45-48 Win Range. If I'm suppose to be an expert I'd say 44-38. If I go as a Fan I'd say 48-34

Get Red! It's Time! We are Red-Nation! WE ARE 18000 STRONG!!! Oh, I think I'm going to the game later on tonight so just getting ready. :) Playing Pistons and no Ariza so Chase is starting.

1. Go ahead and tell us a little bit about your favorite team. How long have you been a fan? The Toronto Raptors. Been a fan since they enterned the NBA in the 95-96 season.

2. Include the current starting lineup and where you see a team need. Our starting line up minues injuries is Jose Caleron, DeMar DeRozan, Hedo Turkoglu, Chris Bosh, Andrea Bargnani. Calderon and Turkoglu play zero defence, and Bargnani is way too inconsistant. So a new pg and sf would help.

3. Tell us what you hope your team does next draft. The Heat own the Raptors first round draft pick which is top 16 protected. Most likely we'll finish higher, not because we're good but because the East is weak.

4. Tell us what you hope your team does during this big free agent summer coming up. Hopefully resign Bosh, and get another player who Bosh will compliment. If Bosh doesn't want to resign, then a sign and trade to get some decent talent.

5. Go ahead and predict your teams record and where they'll end up in the draft. Maybe 43-39. Heat get our pick. Maybe find a second round gem. Hopefully.

1. Go ahead and tell us a little bit about your favorite team. How long have you been a fan? The Cleveland Cavaliers. since 2003 draft day (watched him in high school)
2. Include the current starting lineup and where you see a team need. Mo Williams Anthony Parker Lebron James JJ Hickson Shaq. we need another slashing option on the perimeter, mo is just a glorified spot up shooter and we need a real threat at pf, i would love steve novak at this point.
3. Tell us what you hope your team does next draft. Of course take any good players that fall but if that doesn't happen take demarcus cousins, keith benson, or some young center not named dexter pitman or arinze onuaku.
4. Tell us what you hope your team does during this big free agent summer coming up. Resign lebron for all the tea in china and shaq for about 3 million a year, also pick up a solid veteren with the MLE.
5. Go ahead and predict your teams record and where they'll end up in the draft. 55-27 the 27th pick maybe.

1. Go ahead and tell us a little bit about your favorite team. How long have you been a fan?Pistons, I started being a fan when they won a championship in 04 first team to win without a superstar in a while before then didnt really had a favorite team

2. Include the current starting lineup and where you see a team need: Sutckey, hamilton, jerebko, maxiell, big ben, obviously we need someone at are center next year i have a feeling ben will retire this year and good passing pg slide stuckey to the 2 guard where hes playing well trade hamilton or prince rather have hamilton get traded we have enough fire power need some defense

3. Tell us what you hope your team does next draft: trade up and get larry sanders if not just get a point guard like kemba walker 2 round pick trade up and get jarvis vernando get rid of maxiell to inconsistent unless he shows up during the year

4. Tell us what you hope your team does during this big free agent summer coming up: get a good defensive center or good passing point guard if we dont get that in the draft if we do get 2 of those 3 players i mentioned then get the best person willing to accept mid lvl and remaining money dont resign bynum sign trade get some picks unless we dont get point guard we need sign to one year deal and wait till next year

5. Go ahead and predict your teams record and where they'll end up in the draft: im thinking 5th seed at best and 7th at worst, east is turing out worse then people predicted anywhere from 48 wins to 42 wins and draft picks 20 to 17

Minny

1) I'm a Minnesota Timberwolves fan and have been since I started following the NBA. (Probably about 7 or 8 years.)

2) Flynn, Brewer, Gomes, Love, Jefferson. The team badly needs 1 or 2 perimeter scorers and a defensive presence on the inside.

3) Assuming we land in the top 5, I hope we snag Henry or Johnson. They're both great shooters and very efficient offensively. Utah's pick (15-20 range) should be used on a shot blocker like Varnado, Jordan, or Sanders.

4) I'd love to land a big name like LeBron or D Weezy, but Rudy Gay or Joe Johnson would fit nicely, too.

5) 21-61. Probably the second or third best chance in the lottery, but we do have a 3-4 division record, so maybe a little better.

Fizer

1. I have been a Bulls fan since the day I first came to know the game... Michael Jordan era was my era and I have seen him make big plays and win championships after championships... I've seen them rebuild during the post-Jordan era and I have seen them struggle drafting/trading guys who they thought could save their team... Marcus Fizer, Tyson Chandler, Eddy Curry, Jay Williams... You name it... I've seen them get quality picks in Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordon and Luol Deng and finally drafting a guy with an All-Star potential in Derrick Rose...

2. PG-Derrick Rose, SG- John Salmons, SF- Luol Deng, PF-Taj Gibson/Tyrus Thomas, C- Joakim Noah --- Obviously, the team lacks scorers... John Salmons was better off performing with less pressure before because of Ben Gordon than the way he is playing now... He's mostly shooting bricks... Joakim Noah has been working his ass off to play good defense and rebound well at center but it's obvious that he lacks low post moves to make him a better center in the East... They obviously missed Ben Gordon but I don't think he's worth much of what he's asking... Good decision by the Bulls in terms of business-wise... but bad move in terms of basketball and winning... They lack a true scorer and a big man who can do his own thing at the paint... (ahemm... Chris Kaman? Ben Gordon? Al Harrington?)

3. Should they land the lottery, they better draft a scorer like Xavier Henry or could opt to draft a big man like Greg Monroe/Ed Davis if possible... Should they be in the 16-20 range, I expect them to draft the best player available none that I really could care for since they RARELY find a star at that draft range...

4. The thing about this team right now is that they have loads of players with expiring contracts in which could turn gold once the 2010 Free Agency comes around. If they let Tyrus walk which I hope they won't since he is their only other defensive specialist on this team, they better sign a big-name player like a Chris Bosh or Amar'e Stoudemire... They have a chance to land these two guys who would definitely love playing with a player like Derrick Rose's caliber... Or with Dwyane Wade looking very unhappy with Miami, things could be brighter for the Bulls... But remember, they could only sign one of these guys... SO having all 3 of them playing looks like an impossible mountain to climb...

5. Bulls aren't that bad but they really aren't motivated either... Vinny Del Negro has to suck it up and do more because his job is near jeopardy right now... I predict a 39-43 record even if my Fizer's Take says 43-39... They're close but not close enough to make it to the playoffs... Having the 12 th pick wouldn't be so bad because guys like Craig Brackins and Ed Davis could be available there...

You all know my team.

You all know my team. Watched them religeously ever since the Ewing/Starks/Mason/Oakley years. Used to love Spree and still love Camby. Remember the LJ 4 point play like it was yesterday. The Reggie years hurt sometimes.

Its been depressing that the Knicks cant seem to draft. We traded our best pick ever(Ariza pick #43)

Lineup is unpredictable but we definitely need a pg like magicknick said. look what Nash is doing with a team of role players in Phoenix with the same system. Jennings was a killer and I might commit suicide if Utah gets Wall with our pick.

I'm hoping and praying that walsh can make some crazy moves to acquire Anthony Randolph since he's available.

I'd love to draft Sherron Collins or John Scheyer. Not expecting anything amazing but Collins is blazingly fast and Scheyer is a deadly shooter with handles and court vision.

Besides the obvious wishlist of free agents in 2010 I'd love to see camby come back to NY to end his career. he can still run and he would give the Knicks the interior defensive presence we havent had since he left.

After our rough start I think we can end up somewhere around 35-47. It would be our luck to win the #1 pick for Utah.
