But supposedly, he is really dealing with a family issue and will take time out from basketball to focus on family... not sure if i i should believe it or not

Anyway, Grizz are dumb...i think SOME team would have drafted him....

I'm not surprised. I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt that he has a real family issue going on.

I don't think he'll retire. He's going to use this time to deal with the family issue and then he'll come back and sign with a damn contender. I think he's realized that if he's going to come off the bench, then he might as well do it for a team that's going to make the playoffs.

you're right about that. thats why the heat wouldnt be that bad they are winning and he and wade could cause problems

AI should still got to Charlotte because of Larry Brown...felton, and flip...they can sit. start DJ. AI. Step Jack, G wallace, and Chandler and make this a run a gun team..Gwallace has been a monster this year...minus a few botched dunks and he can play 2,3,4. Pressure D all game long. Larry Brown knows AI and can work with him....make the bobs at least the 5 in the east if everything goes bad...Charlotte hasnt ever made the playoffs and AI could finish his career there. Great move getting rid of Radmonvic he was the worst addition since Adam morrison.

WOW! I can't believe they let Iverson go! He would have come back to average 34 ppg with the Grizz!

Seriously, it's a wise decision in which the Grizzlies made as early as this season while the mess hasn't gotten that big... Imagine if he would have been there for the rest of the season, things would be more chaotic than anybody can think.
