whos been better this year?
Wade (duh, stats dont begin to tell Wade's greatness over Lebron so far this season)
Deng (cause he is coming back from an injury)
Horford (same)
Bargnani (actually playing like Dirk a little bit.. the kid can play)
Igoudala (jesus that dunk on the 5 nets was INSANE)
Granger (edge goes to DG)
Jennings (Gilbert has actually been somewhat of a disappointment to me so far...)
You'd have to show me more than just their points, rebounds and assists. How about their shooting percentages, team win totals, etc?
An example is Danny Granger... He may be averaging 24.2 points, but he's shooting terrible from both the field and 3-point, plus the Pacers are only .500. I'd pick Joe Johnson over him at this point, especially considering Atlanta is 9-2 and have already beaten Washington, Portland, Denver and Boston.
Wade has been more impressive so far, but LeBron and the Cavs will get it going soon
Deng, he's coming back from injury and i never knew he was this good at rebounding
Noah, me being from Chicago i was pissed when we drafted him but he is quickly turning into my favorite player on the team. Plays with soo much heart (no homo)
Bargnani, finally starting to live up to the potential
Iggy
Joe, he has the Hawks playing like a top team in the whole NBA
Jenning, and it isnt even close
wade 31, 4, 5 or lebron 28, 7, 7---I'll say Lebron....he's been dominant so far. Even more so than Wade, so far.
lee 17, 9, 2 or deng 17, 9, 2--- Deng, he's back and has added to his automatic mid-range jumper by shooting 3's now.
noah 12, 12, 2 or horford 13, 11, 2---Horford easily..he's been dominant on the glass and as a post defender. Not to mention that he's more polished offensively now.
bogut 15, 9, 2 or bargnani 20, 6, 1---Bargnani ...he's looked tougher scoring around the rim. I hope he defends and rebounds better though.
pierce 19, 5, 4 or igudala 18, 7, 5--Iguodala...he's looked good doing everything, but I would like for him to defend like he has in the past. He's been sleeping off the ball more than usual.
granger 24, 7, 2 or joe johnson 21,6, 4---Granger. He's all purpose, and he gets his offense easier (seemingly) than Joe.
jennings 21, 4, 5 or gilbert 24, 3, 6---It's close, but I'd say Gil. He's looked good, even better than Jennings so far. It's obvious he's playing like he's got something to prove. Which he kinda does.
wade 31, 4, 5 or lebron 28, 7, 7-- Wade
lee 17, 9, 2 or deng 17, 9, 2--- Deng,
noah 12, 12, 2 or horford 13, 11, 2---Both solid, but ill say horford.
bogut 15, 9, 2 or bargnani 20, 6, 1---Bogut, but maybe thats because hes impressing the hell out of me in the game right now.
pierce 19, 5, 4 or igudala 18, 7, 5--Iguodala, but apparently the race to the MVP guy on nba.com loves pierce .
granger 24, 7, 2 or joe johnson 21,6, 4---Granger
jennings 21, 4, 5 or gilbert 24, 3, 6--- Jennings, but the same reason as Bogut .
wade 31, 4, 5 or lebron 28, 7, 7
lee 17, 9, 2 or deng 17, 9, 2
noah 12, 12, 2 or horford 13, 11, 2
bogut 15, 9, 2 or bargnani 20, 6, 1
pierce 19, 5, 4 or igudala 18, 7, 5
granger 24, 7, 2 or joe johnson 21,6, 4
jennings 21, 4, 5 or gilbert 24, 3, 6
