LAKERS VS DALLAS

so far the lakers are looking like they tend to look sometimes..sluggish and going through the motion..dallas is just out working them and kobe is not playing that good, for a normal player hi game so far would be considered good( dirk is shooting well yet)//bynum is continuing to look good and will have yet another double double...he also made kri humpries the costar of his poster..lol

Artest sucks so far great

Artest sucks so far great stat line 3 pts 3 rebs 4 turnovers 5 fouls in 23 minutes.
Should've kept Ariza what was wrong with him, too many games he won late in the playoffs with his defense?

Fisher, Farmar, Artest awful.
Good luck trying to win 70.

i still wouldnt have kept

i still wouldnt have kept ariza..you gotta look at the big picture not the small one..the big one is playoffs where we need someone strong and quick to match up with paul pierce and rich jefferson...also take in account that it takes a lil while to get used to the triangle offense plu the addition of gasol comming back will make it easier for him cuz hes a perfect big man for the triangle..but its cool if you wanna jump off my teams train this early in the seaon but just remeber what i said when we face the top teams and/or when late playoff come around

Q hodges: u realize that big

Q hodges: u realize that big picture means the next few years, not later this year, right? who would u rather have: artest for 3 with his "strength in the playoffs" or ariza for 5 (and beyond due to age).

Odd reason to let Ariza go.

Ariza is a better defender on the perimeter he played pretty well against Carmello and Turkoglu.

Artest is overrated

Dude he is on the perimeter, Artest has lost a step it happens and he's a big guy harder for them to stay with the wing players.

artest right now for

artest right now for three..maybe if the lakers were some other team but we are the lakers we reload ..we had butler lost him and now hes a allstar ...someone like the clippers have to worry if they lose a good young player..the lakers dont./..artest isnt as quick as he used to be but he is still one of the top defenders in the leauge..that hasnt changed.

Damn, I'm the worst laker

Damn, I'm the worst laker fan ever. I slept through the first game and then missed last nights game too. When I heard they lost, I was honestly surprised. From the box scores, it looks like almost no one played well other then Brown and maybe Bynum. But keep in mind that Gasol is a big piece and I'm not gonna trip over one loss like it means something.

As for Artest or Ariza, I'll take Artest. He needs to get his game going for sure, but it's early. As for defense, Ariza is better with quicker guys, but Artest can get after it against the more physical sf's. You'll see his value when we play the paul pierces and Lebron James's. Also, Fisher is garbage. I say put either Farmar or Brown in the starting lineup asap. Fisher's defense has dissapeard and now he ain't even shooting well.
