J.R. Rider attempting a comeback?

I'm really surprised that someone hasn't started a topic about this yet. He hasn't played since the 2001-2002 season, which if I remember correctly was the year he had a short stint with the Nuggets. He is 38 years old. There really is no way this guy catches on with anyone, right?

No way, a 38 year old cant survive in this league...especially after not playing in 7 years

Unless he turns into Bruce Bowen..but i doubt it

J.R.

No way, he was kind of a head case and relied a lot on his athleticism, I don't think he could make Sacramento's roster at this point in his career.

I dont see it happening.

I dont see it happening. The league is trying to do everything to make money and even AI who is still playing well had trouble signing.

Resume

If you look at the resume this guy has, no team would touch him... The NBA teams would prefer looking for D-League Players than getting Rider back... He's fat and old... He's no longer the scorer and athlete that he once was...
