1.) Aging stars going for

1.) Aging stars going for one last title :San Antonio, Parker and Ginobli arent' as old as Pierce and Allen

2) Championship favorites: Lakers, just loaded with talent

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto, have a much better supporting cast.

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bobcats, young and some good players

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder, possible best player in a few years looks good

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Nets, Harris and Lopez form a nice nucleus

7) Injury Bug - Wizards, have a chance at 4 seed while rockets are likely in the lottery

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors, so many scorers and much better front office in my eyes

9) Going downhill - Mavs, atleast Dirk's stil unstoppable and Amare's leaving pheoniz

1.) Aging stars going for

1.) Aging stars going for one last title : San Antonio - I quite much hate Boston and their tendency of buying old stars scares me

2) Championship favorites: Lakers - If the finals will be the same lakers get another title

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto - Cleveland and Toronto are my favorite teams in the NBA, but Toronto looks better, looking at Cleveland, I can't wait to see them starting to rebuild with or without LeBron + Mike Brown sucks

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bobcats the Chandler trde was crap, but I still like their team way better than the Bucks

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder - also one of my favorite teams from the moment Ray Allen left, this I think is the NBA future, can't wait for them to get out of the lottery

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Pacers at least got the MIP and might improve next season, while the Nets are just waiting for 2010

7) Injury Bug - Wizards - might no longer be an injury bug, while the Rockets just begun being it.

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors, too much hype aroung the Clippers, Mike Dunleavy worst coach in the NBA?

9) Going downhill - Mavs at least have hope for playoff this season, got good players, Nowitzki still great, Howard and Terry not old yet + the adition of Marion, I don't really like him, but still can play well

1.) Aging stars going for

1.) Aging stars going for one last title : Boston, more weapons

2) Championship favorites: Lakers

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Cleveland. LeBron is much more important than Bosh.

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bucks

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder.

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Pacers

7) Injury Bug - Rockets. Its like their smakebit. It was Francis and Mobley, now it Yao and McGrady.

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors, they have more (in quantity) pieces.

9) Going downhill - The Suns. They may have to completely start over soon.

I didn't post my choices

I didn't post my choices earlier so here they are...

1.) Aging stars going for one last title : Boston or San Antonio

Spurs - I think they have more pieces of the puzzle and their stars are more willing to pace themselves for a run at the title. I can't see KG or Pierce pacing themselves for the title run.

2) Championship favorites: Lakers or Magic

I'm going with the Magic, the Lakers are the clear cut favorites but I see the Magic trading Gorat at the deadline and bringing in the final piece of the puzzle. Also this year the team will be more prepared to utilize Dwight against the Lakers where they couldn't get him involved last finals.

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto or Cleveland

Toronto - If Bosh leaves they will have what resembles a team, if LeBron leaves Cleveland has pieces with nothing resembling a direction or plan in which they are building.

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bucks or Bobcats

Bucks - They are going into complete rebuilding mode with only Bogut as their main piece (Redd will be traded or not resigned in 2 years)... Bobcats have some young pieces but nothing to get them out of the high lottery and no real plan in sight.

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder or Grizzles

Thunder have Durant and Westbrook and are the popular pick.. But the Grizzles have Mayo, Gay, and 3 first round draft picks in 2010. I don't think Thabet will pan out, but if he does watch out.

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Nets or Pacers

Pacers, once Murphy Dunleavy, Ford, and Tinsley's contracts come off the books or are traded for the 2011 season the Pacers will be finishing up their rebuilding process around Granger. Nets have the cap room for 2010, but there are too many other players and I see them over paying for left over pieces just to spend the cap room.

7) Injury Bug - Rockets or Wizards

Wizards, they haven't been bitten this year yet. The Rockets already lost Yao

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors or Clippers

Warriors, I like what they have coming together, and something bad always happens to the Clippers

9) Going downhill - Mavs or Suns

Suns, only because they realize it is time to rebuild. I think Cuban will hang on to his guys way to long as seen by the move to bring back Kidd. He is determined to win a championship with the team he put together only problem is the window has closed.

Boston their stacked and if healthy i think better than the Lakers.

2) Championship favorites: Lakers or Magic
Lakers.

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto or Cleveland
Clevaland their not that good without Lebron Toronto would still be pretty good.

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bucks or Bobcats
Bucks i live in Milwaukee and i know their trying to cut costs.

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder or Grizzles
Thunder them and Portland will be competing for titles down the road.

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Nets or Pacers
Pacers are good if healthy the Nets right now arent that but free agency could help im taking pacers.

7) Injury Bug - Rockets or Wizards
Rockets they would at least one title if you take out injuries not sure Washington would have.

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors or Clippers
Warriors their loaded and i think a good team.

9) Going downhill - Mavs or Suns
Mavs have had a great offseason yes their old but they still have a couple years left of being good Suns are already sinking.

1.) Aging stars going for

1.) Aging stars going for one last title : San Antonio... Parker is young, and they also have pieces in Dejuan Blair and George Hill for the future. Boston has a lot of older guys, and Rondo probably will bot want to play there much longer anyways

2) Championship favorites: Magic... They have a really deep team and a dominant centre for the future. They Lakers lost Ariza and now have a head case in Artest.

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto... See if Bosh leaves the Raptors will still be good and have really good young piece in DeRozan. If James leaves Ohio.... The Cavs are done.

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bobcats.. At least you have Jordan there to make the team look enticing for free agents

5) Upcoming Young Talent - Thunder by far. Nobody wants to play in Memphis (should have stayed in Vancouver) and the Thunder have a superstar in Durant

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Nets... Can attract more free agents.

7) Injury Bug - Rockets... Ton of cap space next season and maybe Yao will come back healthy.

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit - Warriors... This one was really close but I picked the Warriors simply because they have Anthony Randolph.

9) Going downhill - Mavs... Suns are DONE. The Mavs will at least make it to the playoffs this coming season.

1.) Aging stars going for

1.) Aging stars going for one last title : Boston - They have a nice cast, great city and their players aren't aging as bad as san antonios

2) Championship favorites: Lakers- The Black Mamba , Phil Jackson, And Hollywood.

3) Hoping their Star doesn't leave: Toronto - I like the way colangelo is going

4) Sacrificing production to cut cost: Bobcats- In few years come, they will be a force to be reckoned with

5) Upcoming Young Talent -Grizzlies- They have 2 stars and their bench is getting better

6) NBA purgatory (stuck in the high lottery) - Nets - They can be a sleeper, they just don't have that real 2nd scoring option

7) Injury Bug - Wizards- Their depleted team looks better

8) Waiting to see if all the pieces fit -Clippers- They have the city, the players, Just need the coach.

9) Going downhill - Mavs - The have a few years more then Suns Before Going Downhill
