if andre can bring the same improvement he helped facilitate in Denver and Philly, Portland will challenge for the top seed in the playoffs...
hmmmmm blazersedge, might be a bit biased
take it for what it's worth... it's a good article nonetheless. I didn't know much about miller before that article
i see , it's about how he is very undervalued and overshadowed
thanks for sharing ; )
the dude carried utah to the national championship game only to lose to kentucky. If I remember right i think he also has 2 triple doubles in that tournament.
Yea he did have 3 trip-doubs but dont count out Kieth Van Horn
was the 2nd pick in the draft the previous year.
c= micheal doleac
pf= hanno mottala
sf= alex jensen
sg= forgot his name some slow shooter
pg= andre miller
I think Portland gets to the Western Conference Finals with Miller.
I might put them 3rd right now in the west just barley ahead of Denver and Dallas. But I think the Spurs will be stronger next year with Ginobli back and adding RJ as well as the continued development of guys like Bonner, Mason and Hill. Throw in two of the best players in the league in Duncan and Parker. And the Lakers should clearly be the favorites right now. So that leaves Portland battling it out with Denver and Dallas for third.
I keep forgetting about San Antonio...they will be in the mix as well
I think Miller will have bigger impact on everyone else on his new team... relative to RJ... I mean RJ certainly gives them another player, but does he make anyone else better?
No RJ doesn't make anyone else better, and everyone forgets Andre Miller is a good scorer, he can ive you 13-15 a night
I'm just more thinking what he brings in practice... the impact of his always being in the film room~ that's the kind of guy you want your players looking up to. I think BRoy could be in for another big improvement this year if he can get the most outta his new PG (mentally)
oh definitely, i think he can make a Billups-esque impact on the Blazers and have a big impact on Roy like the huge impact Billups had on Melo
