Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are the most overlooked team heading into the 2009-2010 season...I definitely feel they will make the playoffs and be a top 6 team in the East...I feel they'll be better that the Bulls and Heat, two teams that made the playoffs last year...Their ridiculously talented at every position, they just need one more veteran big to complete their roster...Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison, Caron Butler, Randy Foye, Mike Miller, Nick Young, Andray Blatche, McGee, Haywood, DeShawn Stevenson, Mcguirre, Javaris Crittenton, Mike James, and etc is one of the most balanced rosters in the league...If someone goes down with a major injury, any player off the bench could fill in with no problem and put up big numbers as a starter..This is the most talented Wizards team I seen in a long long while and they getting slept on...No one website or magazine has predicted them to make the playoffs, I don't know why...They are going to reck havoc next season

definitely overlooked

Yhe wizards are definitely being overlooked this season. They have a good mix of veteran experience as well as young talent, if Arenas can stay healthy and return to being the productive player he once was this team will have a great shot at making a big playoff push. Oh and speaking of another big, they signed Fabricio Oberto this offseason. He's not exactly an impact player but he is a solid veteran big.

Wizards

Nick Young will have a breakout year. Watch out for my boy. And yeah, the Wiz have alot of talent (I never understood why they were so horrible last yr. in the 1st place) esp. with their pickups and the return of Agent 0. I think they will be a great team, but I dont know that they defend good enough to go deep in the playoofs.

Really i was thinking Foye

Really i was thinking Foye would get the start SG, they used to be high on D.Stevenson. Though i lost all hope in him, he makes a serviceable back up, the guy plays tough defense even though he talks too much. Most likely i think Nick Young gonna come off the bench, to bring in energy and offense, i always liked him more than Stevenson, but the organization seemed to go with veteran. Foye brings versatility playing the 1 and 2, going to be interesting whats gonna happen there since they seem to have a logjam of players in that position. Not a huge fan of Haywood, but he is one of the better Centers of the league, gotta give him his dues. Haywood gives you not amazing numbers but solid numbers and plays tough defense. Mcgee is more than likely not ready to start but is going to bring great energy off the bench. I'm praying Andray Blatch has a breakout season, and becomes a difference maker. The guy has so much potential can shoot and handle the ball for a 7fter!!! He's also a nice shot blocker. He just hasn't put it together yet. I don't know how the rotation gonna be since we got a new coach in Flip. Flip gonna make a huge difference too, def sleeper team of the East. If they HEALTH, one of the better/versatile teams. We can score in bunches, i hope that we can play some DEFENSE though. Flips gonna make the difference!!!!

Next year I think they could be the 4th seed in the east. They have so many good offensive players, they will be one of the toughest teams to defend in the league and their bench players can score too
I have a hard time seeing Stevenson getting many minutes. I think Foye will start and Miller and Young will back up Butler and Foye

Foye>Miller>Young

Whether at the 1 or the 2... Foye should be starting.

Wizards should be a good fourth quarter team

They have several players with a history of hitting big shots: Arenas, Butler, Foye, and they have a lot of good shooters. Teams shoot more jumpers at the end of the game so that is good for them They should win a lot of close games.

Wizards

This team is better than the one that was the best in the east ,3 years ago I think, until it was crippled by injuries
