Andrew Wiggins

  1. Cleveland | Andrew Wiggins | 6-8 | 200 | SF | Kansas | 19

I'm not Wiggins biggest fan but I don't think Giannis Alphabet can play the 2-guard. So the Bucks will have to go Wiggins for an ideal defensive lineup. I'm still skeptical. The prognosis is you're going to need 2-3 years of waiting for Wiggins. Still, this is going to be the first draft mistake in a long line of mistakes for some of the teams this year. I would definitely go with Parker or even Smart here. Before you lamblast me, YEAH he's nice... is a friendly person. But is he passionate? Will he live up to the No. 2. pick? Success in the NBA takes A LOT of hard work.
Jabari Parker

  2. Milwaukee | Jabari Parker | 6-9 | 240 | SF/PF | Duke | 19

Parker has fulfilled much of his potential and he's still a top 3 prospect. If he improves more its scary to think he could have an offensive game like Carmelo. Philly should be ecstatic if Parker falls to them.
Joel Embiid

  3. *Philadelphia | Joel Embiid | 7-0 | 250 | C | Kansas | 20

Even if Cleveland trades the pick, Embiid will still go number 1. He is going to be something special. Noel and Embiid are not a match made in heaven, but they will work well enough. Embiid's potential to develop dynamic post moves will help. I just think a core of Carter-Williams-Embiid-Noel is solid. Attitude: 5
Dante Exum

  4. Orlando | Dante Exum | 6-6 | 196 | PG/SG | Australia | 19

Again, I'm not Exum's biggest fan. I would even draft Smart here. Arguably, Exum is overrated. Its almost a laughable how much hype a player gets before anyone has seen his film. Would someone please tell the NBA to SCOUT him before railing high praises and before someone drafts him in the top 5? Orlando has a quantity of good young prospects but none, including Exum, have superstar potential. Interior defense is Orlando's biggest need. Can exum be the primary ball handler and a nice sidekick to Victor Oladipo?
Noah Vonleh

  5. Utah | Noah Vonleh | 6-9 | 247 | PF | Indiana | 19

Boston is picking for Minnesota here. Vonleh played well at times. But can he do it consistently? He may become a Derrick Coleman/Jamal Mashburn type. Or he could become a Mareese Speights type.
Aaron Gordon

  6. *Boston | Aaron Gordon | 6-9 | 220 | PF | Arizona | 19

Attitude: 1. The kings favor Gordon just slightly ahead of McDermott.
Julius Randle

  7. LA Lakers | Julius Randle | 6-9 | 250 | PF | Kentucky | 19

Randle is a top 3 prospect in this years draft. But Utah will be ecstatic if he falls to them. He brings a mature attitude. I don't think his ceiling is as high but you don't won't to miss and draft someone who will bust... Maybe they include Favors and this pick with the Lakers and pick up Wiggins. Or, Smart because he falls because of his bad attitude.
Marcus Smart

  8. Sacramento | Marcus Smart | 6-3 | 227 | PG | Oklahoma State | 20

Smart, IMO, should to be a top 3 pick. He is almost the complete package. His attitude bothers me but he is so talented. There has to be some reason he would fall out of the top 5. He will never be a sportsmanship award type guy, and neither are Rondo or Westbrook. What he brings is invaluable.
Doug McDermott

  9. *Charlotte | Doug McDermott | 6-7 | 220 | SF | Creighton | 22

Nik Stauskas

  10. *Orlando | Nik Stauskas | 6-6 | 207 | SG | Michigan | 21

Attitude: 2. NBA Comparison: Reggie Miller
Jusuf Nurkic

  11. *Chicago | Jusuf Nurkic | 6-11 | 280 | C | Bosnia & Herzegovina | 20

Elfrid Payton

  12. *Philadelphia | Elfrid Payton | 6-4 | 185 | PG | Louisiana Lafayette | 20

Attitdude: 3. Offensively he looks like Leandro Barbosa. Defensively he's a pest.
Rodney Hood

  13. *Minnesota | Rodney Hood | 6-8 | 208 | SF | Duke | 22

Adreian Payne

  14. *Phoenix | Adreian Payne | 6-10 | 240 | PF | Michigan St. | 23

Kyle Anderson

  15. *Atlanta | Kyle Anderson | 6-9 | 230 | SF | UCLA | 21

Attitude: 2. The Lakers will give Anderson a good look.
Zach LaVine

  16. *Denver | Zach LaVine | 6-6 | 180 | PG/SG | UCLA | 19

Attitude: 5. He is unpredictable.
Dario Saric

  17. *Boston | Dario Saric | 6-10 | 225 | SF/PF | Croatia | 20

Attitude 2.
TJ Warren

  18. *Phoenix | TJ Warren | 6-8 | 220 | SF | NC State | 21

When he goes hard he is a hard to stop. Doesn't play defense.
Clint Capela

  19. *Denver | Clint Capela | 6-11 | 222 | PF/C | Switzerland | 20

Athleticism compares to a young amare, but capela's a little more defensive oriented. He is raw and doesn't show a lot of desire but someone will take him earlier than expected. He won't be ready to contribute immediately, but a nice project player who can eventually supersede Amir Johnson.
Gary Harris

  20. Toronto | Gary Harris | 6-4 | 205 | SG | Michigan St. | 20

James Young

  21. *Oklahoma Cty | James Young | 6-6 | 215 | SG | Kentucky | 19

I would not draft Young here. He plays with not much passion as if he's something special. He will provide excellent range, but won't contribute on a nightly basis.
Glenn Robinson III

  22. Memphis | Glenn Robinson III | 6-7 | 211 | SF | Michigan | 20

Attitude: 4
Jordan Adams

  23. *Utah | Jordan Adams | 6-5 | 209 | SG | UCLA | 20
