Sound bites

Hassinger: "We were mixing defenses all night. The thing of it is our kids work pretty hard in practice at not fouling. We know with the new rules this year, hands on kids are going to get fouls. So we're trying to limit some of that as we play."

Beachwood coach Matt Miller: "Obviously, Teske is a big part of what they do. But we were also aware of how talented their shooters are on the outside. So it's something we wanted to limit. We wanted to limit his touches on the inside without giving up everything on the outside. And obviously, that's something that we did not do because they hit 12 3s, and that's because they were getting open looks."
