FastAndFuriousParticipantHow about Jeff Teague?
I said two years ago if he ever was on a team away from Josh Smith he would flourish.
People said his career best numbers would be 17/7, watch he goes beyond that THIS YEAR.

Moon RiverParticipantI thought Teague was a Buck, but then they went ahead and matched the offer. Good move for ATL.

TRC1991ParticipantRemove the possession killer (josh smith) and the stifling coaching style of Larry Drew and all this equals success for Jeff Teague

KHAM83ParticipantHas he shown that he could or should be the Hawks pg of the future, or is that still Schroeder?

FastAndFuriousParticipantI think so he’s improved by a good amount each year he’s been in the league.
14PPG and 7APG last year on 45/38/88 shooting
And so far this year 17PPG, 10APG on 40/27/74 but I do think his shooting numbers will improve as the year goes on.
I think Teague will more than likely be gone after his contract is up, I don’t think Schroeder will be ready before then, and if he is Teague will be shipped, but IMO Teague will be in ATL as the starting PG until his contract is up.
