JunkYardDogParticipantWhy the hell this ref’ gave them a technical for that whereas he was not far and he could see there was absolutely nothing ?……

mgreener_34ParticipantI couldn’t believe this when it happened. Really, for once Reggie Evans wasn’t doing anything. These refs just have to much power, and no one can say anything about it. I’de like it if the refs had to face the media after some of these games, see what they have to say about some of these calls, and how they hold up under the media pressure. Sterm would never allow it though

MJBrownParticipantHAHAHAHA. That’s hilarious. A tech for a high five to a teammate??? The look on both of their faces were priceless

ChewyParticipantis that the refs felt that they were giving a high five over a Grizz players head and then it would be considered taunting. It looked that way to me the first time I saw it and then less like that each time I saw a replay. I don’t really see the big deal. Reggie Evans probably deserved 4 or 5 techs this series so the fact that he only got one cheap one doesnt bother me.
The real missed call was when Chris Paul chased down Tony Allen and had a perfectly clean block. It was less than 2 mins in the game and the Clips were down by two scores. A jump ball there would have been huge for LA.

JordoParticipantThe ref blew the whistle before the high five even connected. Looks really shady if you ask me

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThe ref was probably tired of all the flops by that point and was looking for any little reason to T him up.

aamir543ParticipantThe refs should have to give an explanation like the umpires do in baseball, I don’t know whether the Grizz knocked down the free throw, but every point counts in a 2 point game, the ref probably didn’t like the fact that they high fived over Cuningham? I don’t know, terrible call.

Forte IVParticipantThey did knock down the free throw. As a Clipper fan. I want new refs in the league. Ones that don’t fall for flops( I don’t like them either, but when Reggie does them they are hilarious) and I want refs that actually know how to ref.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantIf you’re a Clipper fan that doesn’t want flops to be called, you should definitely switch teams.
Flop City is in full effect.

Jlv2012He should have been ejected.

Afactor4ParticipantI kinda figured that since the Lakers get great home calls in the playoffs, we would too, but I guess not?
You may think I’m a homer, but if me and you were meeting in person and I had access to the clips i needed I would be able to convince you that the refs have been calling the majority of the controversial, or even idiotic, calls for Memphis this entire series.
What about the Marc Gasol/Reggie Evans incident at the free throw line?

Forte IVParticipantI’m not going to switch teams? I’ve been a Clippers fan since the Quentin Richardson and Darius Miller days. Why would I leave them when we’re good?
