    The Air Alert vertical jump program is for real.  I used it and it is well worth the effort.  It helped me even after I entered the pros".

    Does anyone remember those Larry Hughes Air Alert tapes that they would promote in the SLAM magazines?

    I always wonder why they picked him out of all the NBA players to teach you how to increase your vert, it was not like he was an ELITE jumper. They could of at least had someone like Vince Carter to promote.

    I’m weak as a b*tch right now HAHAHAHAHA thank you for that good laugh. Larry was a fraud for Air Alert. I remember when I was younger my homeboy who I looked up to had BUNNIES! & I asked him what did he do & his reply was Larry Hughes tapes.
