Wizards vs Jazz
Wall's jump shot has been improving every game. Really I always saw it as a confidence thing. He has nice mechanics he just never committed to any shot. Now that he's really putting his legs into his shots he's starting to be consistent. As he continues to improve his jumper he will be absolutely deadly. I mean dang 8.7 assists a game on a team like the Wizards is incredible for a rookie. His biggest improvements from year 1 to 2 needs to be with his jumper and defense. Still wouldn't shock me to see him an Allstar as early as next year.
I'm sorry but I can't be a fan of a team that quits. For me tanking is never acceptable. So Go Jazz.
You always root for a team to win but subconsciously hope for the loss if you are jockying for lottery position. There is nothing wrong with that.
No, apb540, I hope for a win and I expect them especially when you play the Wizards. I know the Jazz have no shot at making the playoffs, I just have never believed in the concept of tanking. I've always been a firm believer of making the best with what you've got. Look at the Jazz when they started Arroyo, right after Stockton and Malone left. The Jazz had a crappy team that looked very similar to the Cavs now. Yet did they tank, no. They reached the .500 mark that year. Like I said I have never believed in the concept of tanking. I don't agree with it. If you don't like where you are slated to draft then you can always trade up. I hate tanking, and I don't care who you are, tanking is not an answer, ever. At least not to me it is.
Ty Corbin finally decides to play all three rookies at the same time, Hayward, Evans, and Favors lead the Jazz in a comeback and they are up by one.
Yeah Jazz are gonna win in overtime. With the comeback. Told you tanking was not the answer. I don't believe in tanking and nor do the Jazz!!!!
Gordon Hayward, Jeremy Evans and Derrick Favors need to learn how to win. Otherwise you could go Ronnie Price and air-ball a free throw with 15 seconds remaining. I'm with you wardb. It's all about attitude. AK47, Matt Harpring and crew could have given up after Stockton and Malone left, but they were too tough. They played like a team and outworked more talented teams.
Besides this isn't much of a draft anyway, and us moving down in lottery with our own pick is even more unlikely than us making the playoffs.
Gotta hope Utah wins. No matter what.
I thought Hayward's shot was going to bank in! Overtime here we come, I agree no matter if the Jazz win a few more games they are still going to be in the #12 spot come draft time and what is the use of tanking? Golden St. is four games behind the Jazz and I don't see the Warriors winning much more games. Good experience for the rookies and I hope they win they deserve it.
Rookies are now playing very bad, two bad passes, Jordan Crawford is taking over once again proving Ron Swanson right.
Haha yes, my bad getting my names wrong.
Derrick Favors with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 blocks in 23 minutes very productive in limited minutes.
I'm not judging him based on one game. Its on the last five games not counting this one. He is shooting 33% from the field and 22% from three. He gets his points but takes a lot of shots to get those points. He is a rookie so its not a big deal for me since he will get better at it eventually.
Did anyone else see that John Wall played 50 minutes? Impressive game

John Wall is going off tonight. Hes only missed one shot 11 of 12. If im a Wiz fan in really looking forward to having this guy looking forward. Mcgee also has 3blocks and 7 rebounds, and is challenging everything the Jazz put up at the rim. He has some rough spots still but could become a really good center, and already is a deference maker on D. They have alot of injurys but are still playing hard and want to win.
The Jazz on the other hand are playing really bad. And hoenstly i hope they lose. Theirs no chance at the playoffs and another lose is just more chance in the lotery.
