Micahel Ruffin because he is the worst player in the NBA. He's terrible. There;s nothing he is good at. He even caused the Wizards one of there games last season.

Why didn't he just hold the ball? Is he sacred to shoot free-throws or something? And if you're going to throw the ball, throw it higher in the air or throw it across the court. The ball went like 5 feet in the air. He's just terrible.
