doowinParticipantLOL! Dwight’s impact on a game is huge. Don’t believe me? Watch The Last game Vs. the Kings and Look at them today.

eazy_peachesParticipantDwight Howard is one the top players in the NBA. He has a huge impact on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. I don’t think anyone would argue that he will have a positive impact on the Lakers, just as he would on any team.
That being said, the Lakers lost to the Kings tonight. I didn’t see the game (or any of the Lakers pre-season games), but I’m not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not since the Kings won the game. Although I agree that he will help the Lakers, I’m sure there would be better times to make such a post (say, after a Lakers WIN).

eazy_peachesParticipantOn another note, can anyone who watched tonight’s game (or any of the Kings pre-season games) tell me how Thomas Robinson looked?

IndianaBasketballParticipantIF Howard wasn’t working his way back, no way that happens. However, that’s what he gets for not blocking out though.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWhile I agree that Dwight has the skill and potential to save the Lakers in the post-Kobe era, you can’t use a preseason game as a measuring stick as to how good he’s going to be.

HitsterParticipantFor a team that is 0-6 in pre-season, the Lakers fans are making a lot of noise. Okay it’s only a friendly but the Lakers ran a regular season game rotation!

TallmanNYCParticipantThey did run starters with nearly starter minutes. The starters got a lead. With a few more minutes the lead might have been big enough for the Lakers bench to hold on. But yes the Lakers bench is continuing to look just terrible. I’m concerned that Antwan Jamison is unplayable. He might have dropped off big time over the last two years (he is now 36) and people just didn’t realize because they weren’t expecting the Cavaliers to win anyway.

roni3ParticipantOk i saw the game and dwight did really good on the defensive end with the 5 blocks and he altered over 10 shots. He ended up with 19 points, 6 of which were allys off of kobe and nash. He also missed alot of free throws but if he can get teams in the penalty early then it will help kobe and nash on the line. The lakers did lose to the kings but thats not due to the starters, they were up by 11 at half it was their bench that gave it away but once jordan hill gets back the 2nd unit should be solid swith meeks and jamison as well.
