Who will be the better curry brother?
Who do u guys think will be the better player in the long term Steph or Seth? I personally dont think seth will ever be as good a shooter as steph and steph seems better equipped to be a point guard in the nba. He's got a great handle and is deceiving with his athleticism. Im a duke fan so ive been watching seth closely and he doesnt seem to be as confident on the floor as steph was when he was in school. It could be becuz seth is playing with great talent around him and doesnt have to really do anything but idk. whats the verdict on these guys?
Part of the reason hes such a bad defender is slow foot speed, he plays the passing lanes well at least .
Is this a serious question? Just because their brothers doesn't mean they both have equal talent, Steph is much MUCH more talented and has great basketball IQ. The only thing they have in common is last name and their shooting form (which they got from their dad). This is like asking who had more talent Cal Ripken or Billy Ripken, Billy who? Exactly.
Let me start this by saying i am a big time Duke fan.
But this is a joke. Steph Curry is a difference maker at the end NBA level.
Seth Curry doesnt know how to play at the college level. His shot selection is horrible, i know there is alot of pressure being apart of Duke's stacked backcourt, but he doesnt have anything outside the J. He isnt a good ballhandler, defender, or slasher. He is just a mediocre college player, RIGHT NOW. Steph was becoming a star already at this point.
Stephen Curry will continue to easily be better than Seth Curry.
^ Just a wee touch bigger than I anticipated.....
He can develop. Go back and actually take a look at him at Liberty.Kid has game. He's not being allowed to do everything he can in the offense. Like someone said in another thread. Too many players ahead of him now that have been there longer. Coach K shows loyalty with his seniority.Give him some time to show what he can do. He's needing some polishing, but that potential is there. Just going to have to work for it.
Having said that. He will by no means be as good as Steph IMO.
im thinking the same thing about how is this a seriuos question steph curry is playing near an all star level in the nba and seth isnt even at an all confrence in college
Iguapops, he isn't being held back because of seniority, he's not playing as much because he just isn't as good as the players playing ahead of him. He isn't in the same conversation at this point as his brother.
Of course he's not going to have the same freedom as he did at Liberty. He wouldn't have that freedom at any other top programs either. The fact of the matter is that Seth is a very good player who I'm glad plays for my favorite team, but he is by no means an-conference type talent at this point. If Seth Curry is major college team's leading scorer, than that college team is probably not going to be very good.
I don't think the younger Curry is all that good. I don't see it.
^He's really not. He is a good college player who can shoot very well and drive a little bit, but he isn't much of an NBA prospect at this point. The problem is that he just has so much to live up to being a Curry.
