Who is Mason Plumlee?
Duke is a guard oriented system.. any big man their is going to relegated to defender / rebound duty.. I dont know much about any Plumlee except they all can jump out this building.. I do know that Psycho T and Zeller worked all of em
Mason is better than Miles. Still, ultra raw offensively. He may have benefitted from his brother going in the 1st round, but that still doesnt mean he wont slip into the 2nd, although he is better.
Duke isnt hiding anything, Miles had the chance to produce and he never did til Senior Night. They could be better players, and Duke is not great at developing their low post games, but all the blame cant be placed on Duke. Those guys have to know they need to improve on certain things.
Mason Plumlee is an athletic freak which no one seemed to know until the combine. His athleticism and his size helped him move into the first round of the draft when he previously thought to go into the deep second round or even undrafted. He had 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 blocks in today's summer league game against Boston. Which actually carries some weight since he went up against Jared Sullinger, Fab Melo, Sean Williams and Jajuan Johnson.

He has an up & under move, a reliable jump hook, handles well for a 7 footer, can score a little bit off the dribble and has a pretty decent face up J. It's a matter of him utilizing the skills he has in a system that allows him to utilize them.
he does have a nice up and under to reverse lay up, he might just end up looking half good after they took him in the 1st
Don't tell me he has all these moves. We watched him for four years. You know he started for Duke, right? You know the college team that gets a national broadcast almost once a week! He did not score points during those games. He did not show offensive moves. He would occasionally do a hook shot that barely looked like it had a chance of hitting the rim.
He can rebound. If he can rebound and defend the low post that is enough to stick in the league. But if he can do more the question will be why couldn't he do it in college.
i dont agree that he has a polished offensive game. i did see him break free with that up and under tho, even if what came after was a miss.
Just think how they hid McRoberts true skills in that system and he was the #1 player in the nation.
McRoberts has really torn the NBA a new one too.

If Miles Plumlee is showing glimpses, Is Duke hiding Mason Plumlee´s true skills? I mean, Mason has always been considered more polished than Miles, and its true that the Duke system hid Miles real skillset, by the way, he looks a different player right now, i know it is only summerleague, but he is playing at other level.
Who is Miles then? is he more skilled than his brother?, everyone bets he is, and if he is more polished, maybe the Duke system is hiding a not so rough Diamond, lottery talent maybe?
