Who is the least nba ready player in this years draft?
Daye - VERY poor combine
Mullens - Inexpierenced
Thabeet - Remember he is a great shot blocker, but basically has no offensive game
Rubio - Coming from Europe, has never played against the competition that the NBA offers
Jrue Holiday - Poor freshman year
Jennings - Again, played in Europe for one year
Austin Daye
Come on! I have no Idea what the original post is asking. Judgin by syntax, you're asking which players in the current draft are least ready for the NBA. If that's what you meant, I'd say Nando de Colo (Doesn't excel in any one category for the NBA level), Viktor Claver (inexperience against NBA caliber players), Dozier from Memphis (still rather raw and commits silly fouls)
If you meant a certain drafting range, my answer would change.
let's say you rephrased it as "Which consensus first rounder is least ready for the NBA in relevance to their likely drafting position?" My answer would be the following:
Terrance Williams (Teams are going to be drafting him in the 20s; most of these teams are not looking for him to be their playmaker. I really believe he'll be an offensive liability for these teams as they'll be looking for him to spot up and shoot mostly)
Mullens in the late teens (The guy defines the phrase Project Big man)
Thabeet in the Top 3 (Has any top 3 centers other than Tim Duncan been able to stay out of foul trouble coming out of college and still play effective defense? Thabeet's way clumsier than many Starting centers in the NBA, will likely average 4.5 fouls a game in 25-30 minutes. This will hurt his willingness to challenge shots, which is his only NBA ready skill right now)
Rubio in top 4 (This guy is another Project, even if he reaches his advertised potential, won't be THAT much better than Flynn and Jennings on a career average basis. The guy won't be able to stay in front of NBA guards all that well this year. Just check out the other Spanish players their first year on Defense: Navarro, Calderon, and Garbajosa (just like an old man aat the YMCA))
Blake Griffin, he should stay he is not ready and the competiton is going to blow him away, he reminds me of Shelden Williams....I am JK, Mullens, Daye, its kind of smart though for a draft really weak in big men, more for Mullens, if he doesn't progress it will kill his "potential", Daye just needs to get stronger everywhere and he would be top 10 easy.
Isn't Daye built alot like Durant? Adding weight isn't hard in the nba because they have personal chefs and food programs. If weight is the only reason he isn't ready then someone needs to draft him and make him eat.
Ricky Rubio...
I'm saying this just because he will be a top 5 pick. He is 18 and is not used to American basketball. He is completely overhyped and whatever team chooses him will have to buyout his contract. I could see him staying in Europe for another year even if he gets drafted.
In terms of American players possibly in the lottery, it would have to be BJ Mullens. I don't think he will be a lottery pick though. No legit centers in this draft aside Thabeet unfortunately.
They are living off of their high school evaluations! Neither proved to be an NBA ready player this past season, and both are in the mix to go as high as top five!
Mr. Daye needs to get on the Shaq diet and eat about 10 Big Macs daily. This dude has a serious amount of potential, but another year in college would serve him well.
BJ Mullens and Jodie Meeks

Everyone talks about how nba ready players are but i think its more important to find who is least ready. I say derozan, evans, and holiday
