Who do wish would return to the NBA?
I like the Allan Ray one, just no the JrSmith comparison. I'm a huge fan of Jack Mclinton and I feel like he should be given another shot, he's basically a better eddie house. Bonzi wells probably has something left, and of course we all wanna see the White Mamba come out of retirement lol
I don't know about "return" to the NBA, but I'd really like to see my boys get a shot at the NBA. David Logan (Maccabi Tel Aviv) and Dominic James (Pallacanestro Reggiana).
He can definitely play on the NBA. He was sid with my Hawks. Way more athletic than given credit for (nice dunks in warms ups lol) and he's a dead eye shooter. (the sentence above is supposed to read, "he was solid with my Hawks"). My phone is being a hooker and won't allow me to edit without deleting it all.
Average player
didn't live up to hype but averaged 10.6 pts in his last season in the league
Mine is not returning, but I want a Filipino NBA player, Hope Bobby ray parks Jr. (National University Bulldogs) or kiefer Ravena (Ateneo Blue Eagles) makes it to the league, they are one of the best young Guards of South east Asia
SOrry dont know how to embed, and asses his talent please?

I'm with you at that I'm still clinging to the hope a filipino making it to the nba but though i think ray parks has a better chance of making it cuz of his height, we cannot deny ravena's talent and skillset
Decent Backup man
Better than Timberwolves new signing
Juan Carlos Navarro had a good season with the Grizzles 10.9 points 2.2 assists and 2.6 rebounds
Dennis rodman aswell. 1999-00 he averaged 14 boards a game at age 38!! Only played like 10 games or so but still who wouldn't like to see him sack some of the referees that make questionable calls. :)
It's kinda a high risk high risk type of signing
Until this year I would have said PJ Tucker, but he's back!! Now I say Joey Dorsey
Good call on Joey Dorsey.
I'm partial to Willie Warren. I thought he was written off way too early. He can shoot from deep, can break his man down off the dribble and has the athleticism and strength to finish.
I also think Sonny Weems can be a productive player off the bench for some team.
brian scalabrine
ALLEN IVERSON!!!! I hate how he got blackballed instead of being able to retire on his terms. If Arenas still gets looks A.I. should.
Also Dejuan Wagner he was ready to become a star had he never got deathly sick but he's healthy now.
Juan Carlos Navarro, Steve Francis, Allen Iverson, Stephon Marbury, Nathan Jawai
Will Conroy, he barely got any run when he was with the Lakers off and on... the guy is a true point guard, a strong body with a great feel for the game
He's on the Wolves preseason roster with a partial guarantee. Of course, there are 2000 other pg's on the roster, so its hard to say if he'll make it. But he has a legitimate shot!
Javaris has definitely chosen the wrong path. So he's not as deserving of a second shot as the others listed on this thread. But if he ever puts it together he could prove a lot.
DerMarr Johnson...since PJ Tucker & Flight White seem to have made it back for this upcoming season.
Wishful thinking: I'd love to have the Orlando T-Mac back
Great call by Indianabasketball. Spoken like somebody outta Naptown. David Logan is the absolute truth. I watched him 2 summers ago when I worked the Indy Pro Am and he was the best player there over the course of the league. Seemed like he shot 70 % from three. Really didn't see any weaknesses in his game, but his size is likely what prevented a team from pulling the trigger for him. Definitely can play in the NBA
He hasn't played yet, but Sasha Kaun. He just won a Bronze medal at the Olympics, he's big, athletic, and good on defense. He has something to offer to an NBA team. I wonder if he'll ever come play in the NBA because he really likes it in Russia, but his wife is American so maybe he will.
Antonio Daniels probably has something left.
I'm curious to see how he would do.
D'Shaun was drafted by the Heat a few years ago, but knee problems have not let him get his shot. He was a 6'7 230 lb sf who was a big shot maker and winner. Maybe not with the Heat, but i really wish he wouldn't have had so many injuries and would have had a chance.
Good shout on Butler. Loved him at WVU and then that injury... and then he got drafted! Then he didn't play :(
Also would like to see Chris Douglas Roberts back as mentioned above. I can never find any info on what he's doing since he played in Italy last season.
1.Magic Johnson-My favorite player of all-time and the best team player ever..
2.The 1993-2004 Shaq-My 2nd favorite player of all-time...Shaq should've won at least 2 more MVP Awards...
3.Dr. J---I did get a chance to see the last few years of his career..But Legend has it he was unbelievable in his ABA Days...
4.Pistol Pete-The late Pete Maravich was amazing...I Would love to see how today's top defenders would try to stop him....
5.Jordan-
6.Dominique Wilkens-Might be the most underrated nba superstar of all-time...
7.Larry Bird-Even in today's game he would be a top 3 player...
Travis Diener, Steve Francis, C-Webb, AI, Yao Ming, Starbury, Nenad Kristic.
If there is talk about logan (whereas he never entered the league) ... what about Bo McCalebb ?....
But my pick would be Ioannis Bourousis... I never understoud why he didn't get a shot in an nba roster. Good rebounding defensive center, with a huge international experience and some interesting skills in offense (good mid range and long range shoot).
The base system is known as the "Corner" offense, and – although Adelman once had former Princeton coach Pete Carril on his coaching staff in Sacramento – the structure is not as close to the Princeton offense as many have assumed. With more high-post action, the Corner has some similarities to the Triangle.

I wish Allan Ray. He had one good season with the Celtics. Reminds me of JR Smith.
